  • Wildlife and Bird photography is an intense and complex endeavor, and we've covered many of these difficulties in previous videos. Well, let's just cut all of the complexities out and just do this the EASY way! Join me on a wildlife photography workshop where I do all the work and you just show up and shoot!
In this week's video I'll answer all of the FAQ's that I get regarding my photo workshops. We'll start with my group Alaska Bear workshop and then move into the others.
For those that don't have the time to scout location after location for wildlife and birds to photograph, workshops can be a huge boon to your photography. By letting an experienced guide deal with all of the trip logistics and making sure you're in the right place at the right time can help you get the pictures you want in much less time.
I'm so appreciative to all those who have joined me in the field to date and look forward to joining many more of you in the future! Thanks so much for your endless support, have a wonderful week!
Join me next summer photographing Bears in Alaska. This is a life changing trip and I hope you can join me. If you can't next year, be sure to save your spot for 2026: www.jimmybreit...

What a great set up you have! Glad to see all your hard work scouting it has paid off, and what your hard work with this channel has led to. I love those mom and cub shots, especially the one with a mom holding the cub with claws out at 2:52. Its almost human like! One question I had was what is the time frame for sharp tail or spruce grouse workshops?

Thanks John, it's been so much fun putting it all together! The more I observe bears, the more I realize that we share a lot of similar behavior with them 😊 I usually recommend a minimum of 2 days for Grouse species, usually in the spring from March to May, assuming you want to photograph them displaying.

Thanks a bunch my friend! It's quite the production getting the camp all set up, but well worth the effort. Hope you can join one of these years!

Hey there I’m trying to find the size of the floating hide and how did you put a pole in the corners

They're just standard tent poles pushed into eyelets that I attached to the base.
