Excellent video, what stood out to me the most wasn't the lack of sidewalks in this neighborhood, I mean do we really think people who spend that kind of money would ever dare walk around their own hood? It was the 5 storey walk up buildings at the beginning, if Toronto could've or would in the future just build a lot more of that. Those looked really cool.

The car dependency due to the poor public transit in NA always scares me since I hate to drive, the lack of sidewalks in many neighborhoods sums it up how things are there for the pedestrians. Must be terrible for the kids there where bus stops are far and the bus schedule is not frequent so it's harder for them to meet with their friends outside of school.
Hi Johnny I had to laugh when you said a stop sign is just a suggestion in that neighborhood. Nice walk through Forest Hills North, a area most of us couldn’t afford but still nice to see😊

Beautiful street, but it's insane how location can change prices like crazy, I live up north in Ontario, smaller town with 70,000 people and you could be in a similar neighbourhood with homes the same size or bigger starting at $850,000 but instead the same looking house in Toronto is ~$2,000,000
Plenty affluent for me - would never be able to afford living there. I have friends in the "historic walkup building" you started out at - they love the area.
I am constantly stuck by the noise of traffic. It is annoying as hell in what should be a quiet walk.
I remember weed free perfectly manicured boulevards.
You can put all the pressure in the world to Olivia Chow for more sidewalks in Forrest Hills, it will never work cause it's known that very upper rich neighbourhood don't have sidewalks. For aesthetics reasons of course but also because people living in rich areas pay for privacy. They don't want the mass population to hang out near them. We barely see a bunch of ppl in those streets.
Well it's absurd no matterr how you slice it. There is no privacy in public, I'm more than happy to record these areas.
The houses are very nice looking but a lot of them are too close to the neighbors for my taste. I prefer to have more space between me and the house next door.
I'm surprised none of the Toronto walkers have gone drake's house yet and shot a video on bridal path
