Have they played in E flat tuning during live concerts? Because I seen some of their live videos, and definitely sounds like their tuning is definitely a half step down.
Yes, they started playing in Eb briefly during the end of 1970 and beginning of 1971 before switching to C#. Then, they used the tuning live with Ronnie James Dio and used it on every song from 1986 until 1996. When they reunited in 1997, they played the songs off their first 2 albums in Eb until 2012, when they tuned those songs down to D.
@@leftyguitarist8989 Good info. And sounds great. As it so happens my favorite P-bass is tuned to e flat, so now I don't need to retune just to briefly jam out to some Sabbath tracks. Thanks a bunch, my good man. .
This version sounds better than original. It sounds very epic.
Back in the day my cassette Walkman would play songs at this speed. I liked it better to honest. Made songs sound more eerie
Good times, mate. I used to play Paranoid in faster tempo with my Walkman
This version sounds more badass.

How do you exactly change the version?
Using the change pitch option in Audacity.
