Rather use a spiral notebook.
There is definitely a reason they are at that price point:)

This truly look like she just made this very quickly with pen and on cheap printer paper and took it to staples and had it printed and coiled. I was gonna run buy and review this however I think this looks to cheap and not very well thought out with the measurements and very cheap cover coil and paper
Agreed! I expected basic, but that was less polished than Outlook printouts 🥲
Unfortunately, the quality is just not there. As someone who has designed planners, I appreciate how much work goes into a well-designed and functional product. I’ve watched many of her UA-cam videos and taken away a few tips and tricks. I’m very analytical and like to take things a bit slower, so she’s a little too busy for me. I give her props for trying, though. My writer/editor background likens this to a first draft. 😉

That coil issue would drive me crazy. I do like the concept and the layout. I also dont like the dark gray. I'd have to sticker and washi that planner up. 😊 i like the flexible coil. I'd probably like this in a bound planner. Also...i like having notes pages..

I think I DMed you about this one! I also loved the way she explained how she used it- moms of babies are always thinking in nap blocks. I didn’t buy it though- I didn’t notice the coil issue but the Saturday and Sunday combo wouldn’t work for me- my weekend to dos are the longest! Thanks for reviewing and sharing less known companies- I’m sure your feedback will help her revise the next version 💗

Also with that unique & literally strong name, that brand should be flying high. It sounds like a luxury brand already!
It doesn't match the prototype for sure.
While I'm not a busy mom anymore, the simplicity does add value to my need for organization and plans for my life. I love the caffeinated theme as I swear by the stuff as the fuel for my getting stuff done. It's a bit pricey for the end product at this time. The layout appeals to me and I'll definitely consider purchasing. Thanks for the review.

Sorry not for me I did not like anything about this planner except the review was stellar but the planner itself has a lot to improve on it looks like a really terrible product.

Good ideas, but way over priced for something so basic.
Not for me. I feel like there’s a line between luxury planners and cheap planners that feel luxury, and this one just looks like a cheap planner.
I guess I’m old school I don’t care for the incorrect abbreviations of the days of week, I’m weird that way, I don’t like lower case months either ha!! Ok for a first try
As a product for sale, I think this was not up to par. There are so many issues with it that should’ve been fixed after the sample was made. I understand the “no frills” about the construction of it, but, if you’re selling something, I think the quality should be there. That being said, I can definitely see this layout being worth it in a bujo-style notebook or bound pre-printed book. I think the way she breaks tasks down is awesome, though, and I think that the same planning style can be done using planners that are already out there. Like, Laurel Denise and Sterling Ink Common Planner (and similar). Those types are perfect for customization and are high quality. I don’t see myself ever getting this planner, but I can definitely see the value of the actual process. I can make my own Canva designs and print for myself.

I think her method is unique, but I hope she improves and creates a more polished version. I’ve been following her a while and find some of her tips helpful.

Thank you for a very thorough review as always. I think she has a decent product for the first time out. I hope she is able to fix the problems with the coil punch taking away space in the planner as she moves forward. For myself, I am someone who needs the pretty cover and for it to be dated so I would have to pass on this planner.
Yeah- I think a basic planner in the luxury planner world is a hard sell. I think this was made not for the Planner World- but for her community;)
Hmmm def needs some tweaks and better paper for the price. I also dislike the “dailies”, it’s just really another weekly view. But with improvements, it would be more intriguing.

Does anyone know of a planner that has the 5 time blocks like this and takes up the whole page with no borders? I like my columns wide. More space to write.
Jordan Page has a Productivity planner that is a daily--I have reviewed that one too. But it's not exactly what you are explaining...That's the only other time blacking planner I have reviewed. I think your best best to is kind of turn a planner into what you need or bullet journal it. Thanks for watching and sharing what you would like to see:)

I only enjoyed her short that showed how she used a regular notebook which I would prefer. This product seems rushed.

I like Kelli, but working full time, homeschooling the kids, sports, and my own school work. This would just not work for me or my family.
For sure, you've got to make sure you use the planner that works for the season of life you're in right now!
Honestly, it looks like someone took a basic $1 notebook and a sharpie then turned it into a planner. This just seems like a cash grab, sorry.

I like the idea of it, but the coil issue makes it a hard pass for me! Feels sloppy (did she not make a mock up to approve??) and like a cash grab. At $40 I could get more for my money I feel 😕 love your reviews though! I’ve watched nearly every one for years 😄

I would not get this one because it’s overpriced. There are so many “simple” layouts on the marked for much less, and no mistakes. But happy to get to know another brand☺️

Kallie made a thing, this is to be applauded - but for me the prototype layout decisions & plain black/gray lines make for a less than esthetic experience.
So I am not an entrepreneur, I also didn't pay attention (!) if this is print on demand or print batches or whatever....
Criticism is tough to endure but the next iteration should implement comments here etc, then the brand will start to get traction.
$40 for undated & undecorated seems unrealistic... The USP of the brand isn't lo-cost? But without esthetic, that's a mismatch. It can be simple, but can't be ugly.
Honestly if she is literally solo she needs to engage some expertise, or really think why other brands took certain design decisions. E.g. full color costs big money to print, but black/ gray is dismally corporate... A line isn't just a (straight) line, details matter.
Also the choice of paper implies a pen choice, the nuances of bleed & ghosting isn't just esthetic but practical.
The paper stock also is a big cost element but must match the price point.
The problem with starting small is you are competing with the established brands and their prime cost advantage - economy of scale. It's a battle for sure. Tenacity will win out!

I would not pay $40 for this planner. I could create it myself. Not something I would be interested in.
I can totally get on board with that-in her video, she even shows you how to create this layout in a normal lined notebook.
