As a kid growing up, I had a hard time keeping vegetables down. watching your videos and seeing how simple they prepare vegetables has helped me appreciate them more.

Ah, there's something about kaiseki that seems both effortlessly refined and extremely intricate. I'm finally following my dream and moving to Japan in a few short months, and I think I'm probably most excited for this when I arrive, more than any other style of cuisine in Japan. Fully deserves the 6 here, without a doubt!

I used to have to go to LA in the seventies. Just outside the airport was a great Japanese restaurant. They had sets so it always was a great adventure. Loved it. Yea.
Everything Japan has as a typical lunch or dinner is so perfect. I wish in Canada that I could go to a restaurant and just get food that was typically Canadian. Good video Eric.

Everything looked very flavorful. A ten course lunch here in the USA would set you WAY back. And the the 3 items at the end was perfect!
