We Muslims believe that Jesus was a human being, not a God nor the son of God. He was sent by God to us as a Messenger, to deliver to us the Bible and to guide humanity to the right path. God gave Jesus the ability to perform numerous miracles so that his people would believe him and follow his teachings. These miracles include curing the diseased, giving sight to the blind and even raising the dead. However, these miracles were perfomed by the will of God, and not by any special ability of Jesus himself, as he was just a human being and a Messenger of God. Muslims do believe in the virgin birth of Jesus Christ. However, we do not believe that this means that Jesus is the son of God. In fact, God tells us in the Holy Qur'an that the example of Jesus is just like that of Adam, they were both created from sand by the power of God. Some Muslims believe that different English translations of the Bible represent distortions of Bible, as if they didn't have different English translations of the Qur'an. The New Testament was not written in English, but in Greek (the Old Testament was written in Hebrew). The word for begotten in the original Greek is "monogenes" which means both "only begotten" and "unique".
Brother translations are different then versions. Roman catholic bible 73 books or chapters. Protestant bible 66 books. 7 books are missing. So are these 7 books the word of God for the Protestant. While Jesus is called the SON OF GOD (or His Son, My Son, the Son, the Father‘s Son) more than 90 times in the New Testament, He is called the ”only begotten” only in the old English Bible translations, that wrongly rendered the Greek term μονογενής MONOGENES (= unique, one of his kind) as it would have been MONO-GENNETOS (only begotten, uniquely born). But this last expression is nowhere in the Bible, while MONOGENES (unique) is used 3 times in the OT Greek (Ps 21/22:21; 24/25:16; 34/35:17), twice two translate the Hebrew term yahhidah (unique life) and once to translate the Hebrew term yahhid (unique, alone). And it appears 9 times in the New Testament: to mean an only son or daughter (Luke 7:12; 8:42; 9:38; Hebrews 11:17) or referring to Christ as UNIQUE (John 1:14, 18; 3:16, 18; 1John 4:9). Unfortunately, the KJV translation and other traditional Bible translations have rendered this term by ”only-begotten” in 6 places (Jn 1:14, 18; 3:16, 18; Heb 11:17; 1Jn 4:9), under the indirect influence of the Latin Vulgate, which has UNIGENITUS (only-begotten), instead of UNICUS. It is for longtime proven that ”only-BEGOTTEN” is not what Bible means. And finally, if one wants to take this BEGOTTEN so literally, tell me, how can one be at the same time the ”only-begotten” and the ”firstborn” (Rom 8:29; Col 1:15, 18; Heb 1:6; Rev 1:5)? An how can He be both eternal God, ”having neither beginning of days” (Jn 1:1; 8:58; Heb 7:3; Ex 3:2, 4, 14), and a secondary being, derived / emanated / ”born” from God? Actually it is no essential difference from being a literal Son or a creature, because both have a beginning caused by God, thus both are creatures. There is no such kind of ”begotten God” or ”dying God”. Divine nature is eternal, it cannot appear or disappear, and it cannot be divided. If one is God, He was God from eternity; if not, He was no God. Birth and sonship are only human language to speak about spiritual things: John 1:12-13; 1Peter 1:3, 23; 1John 3:9; 4:7; 5:1, 4, 18. Thus Christian believers are ”born of / begotten from God”. Where is it written that Christ was born in a literal / physical way, out of God? Is the title ”Son of God” His name as a divine, preexistent being? Or is it His name as Messiah, born in a special way as a Son of Man? Read Luke 1:35: ”...The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee [Mary], and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God.” Thus He is the Son of God, not because of a supposed divine birth before ages, but because He is born as a man in a unique way. The title SON OF GOD links Christ to Adam, who was the ”son of God” (Luke 23, 38; ”And JESUS... the son of Joseph, the son of Heli... the son of Seth, the son of Adam, the SON OF GOD”). Jews and Moslem have a problem: they are more ”monotheistic” than Moses. The New Testament is right to call Christ God (John 1:1; 12:41 cf Jes 6:1-3 et; 20:28; Rom 9:5; Col 2:9; Tit 2;13; Heb 1:8-9; 3:1-4; 2Pt 1:1), since Moses calls Him also God. When Moses met God at the burning bush, He actually met the Special Representative of God, wrongly translated ”the Angel” (MAL’AKH means, messenger, envoy, legate, ambassador, representative; either human, or angelic, or Divine). This MAL’AKH of YAHWEH in Exodus 3:2, 4 etc, proves to be a Divine Being, whom the author calles also Yahweh and God; but He is an ambassador of God. This MAL’AKH claims for Himself all the prerogatives of God, even stating that He is the One that has existence in Himself (I AM WHO I AM). We find Him all the way form Genesis through Judges and even in Prophets (Isaiah 63:9-10). The plural personality of the Godhead is quite transparent in Genesis 1:2, 26; 3:22; 11:7 and Is 6:8, because the Bible uses the plural of the pronoun WE/US. This is not the usual way of God to speak of Himself throughout Scripture. He always says ”I and I only” thousands of times. And Hebrew does not uses a plural of majesty in the case of God or kings, whatever. Better for Moslem to go back to the Bible and not feed on human opinions. The great Mosaic / monoteistic confession in Deut 6:4, which is repeated by Jesus in Mark 12:29, is clearly explained by the prophet Zecharia, when he said: ”Then Yahweh will become king of the whole world. When that Day comes, Yahweh will be the one and only and his name the one name.” (Zech. 14:9 NJB) Thus, the oneness of God has nothing to do about God in Himself, if Godhead is one person, or two or three; but it is about a UNIQUE God: one God for all peoples, one of the same for all nations and all human needs, in contrast with paganism.

This was written by King David hundreds of years before the birth of the Messiah. It speaks about the Messiah: "I will declare the decree: the Lord hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee." (Psalms 2:7)
There is a contradiction in your sayings above. Trees beget trees. How? Plants reproduce by asexual reproduction. They are of the same substance. Wood and leaves. Eagles beget eagles. How? By the male eagle having to physically plant the seed into the female eagle. They are of same substance. Flesh and blood. God begets God? The how come God is Spirit. Jesus is flesh and blood. NOT the same substance. This analogy does not work. Numbers 23:19 God is not a man. Jesus said he is son of man. So that theory also goes out the window. 1 Timothy 6:15-16 Noone has seen God. So how come we can see Jesus. Means he is not God. The definition of God is 'uncreated'. God doesn't create or beget another God.
You can't understand this because you are not considering the Spiritual meaning of the word "beget". Jesus is God incarnate. He is fully God. So, the analogy does work: God has beget God. Is Jesus another God separate from God the Father? No, they are the same God. Jesus called himself "the Son of man" because that's one of the names of the Messiah. Read this: “I saw in the night visions, and behold, with the clouds of heaven there came one like a son of man, and he came to the Ancient of Days and was presented before him. And to him was given dominion and glory and a kingdom, that all peoples, nations, and languages should serve him; his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom one that shall not be destroyed." (Daniel 7:13-14) Jesus is not eternally human, but he was fully human when he decided to be born in this Earth. However, he is eternal. Read this (it was written hundreds of years before the birth of Jesus): "For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder, and his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace." (Isaiah 9:6) and also "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through him, and without him was not any thing made that was made." (John 1:1-2) It is true that no one has seen God the Father, but we have seen God the Son (Jesus). Read Genesis 18 and you'll see that Abraham ate with God and offered God some water to wash God's feet.

I thought that because Eve gave birth to Cain, a child of the Lord because the serpent beguiled her, God now had to send a promised seed to bring balance, perfection and peace, and restore the earth to the kingdom of heaven? Since Cain was the seed of the serpent I supposed that the promise seed was the seed of God or The Word of God in the Flesh! I always thought Jesus came to save the lost sheep of Israel and direct them back to their Father as well as lead the sinners who repent to redemption as their Lord, those that were created by the light and fell into darkness after following the seed of the serpent who are the sinners. So I figured those that were created by the LORD are the LORDS and those that were created of God are Gods and those that rebelled against God and followed Lucifer to earth are the fallen ones that Jesus will be Lord over in the end times cause he will replace Lucifer when he is perfected in the Glory of the Father!!

I have to examine the evidence that you provide and many other Christians provide for their case of the risen Jesus, the begotten one and only Son. In this video itself, 3 different Christians had 3 different interpretations of the word 'begotten'. The english word begotten means to conceive a child through sexual intercourse. Brother it is not true that no single letter has changed. There are several qurans where for example instead of WA it is FA or WA AWSAA instead of WA WASAA. It doesn't change necceserily the meaning but it is indeed different.

We Muslims believe that Jesus was a human being, not a God nor the son of God. He was sent by God to us as a Messenger, to deliver to us the Bible and to guide humanity to the right path.
God gave Jesus the ability to perform numerous miracles so that his people would believe him and follow his teachings. These miracles include curing the diseased, giving sight to the blind and even raising the dead. However, these miracles were perfomed by the will of God, and not by any special ability of Jesus himself, as he was just a human being and a Messenger of God.
Muslims do believe in the virgin birth of Jesus Christ. However, we do not believe that this means that Jesus is the son of God. In fact, God tells us in the Holy Qur'an that the example of Jesus is just like that of Adam, they were both created from sand by the power of God. If we do believe that God created Adam without a father or a mother, it is not difficult to believe that God could create Jesus from Mary without a father. But this does not in any way suggest that Jesus was the son of God or a God himself, just as Adam was not a God or the son of God.
Verily, the likeness of 'Isa (Jesus) before Allah is the likeness of Adam. He created him from dust, then said to him: Be! and he was. This is the truth from your Lord, so be not of those who doubt. (Al-Imran, 59-60)
Regarding the crucifixion of Jesus Christ, Muslims believe that although those who crucified Jesus truely did believe that they crucified and killed him, they in fact did not. God mentions this in the Holy Qur'an:
And because of their saying, "We killed Al-Masih `Isa (Jesus), son of Maryam (Mary), the Messenger of Allah, but they killed him not, nor crucified him, but it appeared as that to them, and those who differ therein are full of doubts. Regarding the return of Jesus, Muslims do believe that Jesus will return at the end of times. However, Muslims believe that he will be a follower of monothiesm and he will reject trinity and any other forms of associating other dieties with God. This is referred to in the following verses of the holy Qur'an:

If You punish them, they are Your servants, and if You forgive them, verily You, only You are the Almighty, the All-Wise." (Al-Maidah, 116 - 118)
In fact, the holy Qur'an mentions that the followers of Jesus referred to themselves as Muslims.
Then when `Isa (Jesus) came to know of their disbelief, he said: "Who will be my helpers in Allah's cause? Al-Hawariyyun said: "We are the helpers of Allah; we believe in Allah, and bear witness that we are Muslims. Our Lord! We believe in what You have sent down, and we follow the Messenger (Jesus); so write us down among those who bear witness. (Al-Imran, 52 - 53)
This is because they had submitted themselves to the will of God. This submission is the meaning of the word "Muslim". Further, this means that all Prophets and Messengers and all of their followers were Muslims because they had submitted to the will of God and had agreed to follow the guidance of God and implement His teachings in every aspect of their lives.

There is no need for a prophet to have a virgin birth. A person born of a virgin is not a sinner like everyone because that person won't be born of Adam. A virgin birth is for a higher assignment.
If Jesus is the Christ and is the saviour then he cannot be a prophet. Prophets prophecy about coming of a messiah only and nothing else. Thats why Jesus said John the baptist was the last prophet.
So if Jesus is to be a prophet then which messiah was he prophecying would come.?. A messiah dies for men and does not kill men.

Actually it is no essential difference from being a literal Son or a creature, because both have a beginning caused by God, thus both are creatures. There is no such kind of ”begotten God” or ”dying God”. Divine nature is eternal, it cannot appear or disappear, and it cannot be divided. If one is God, He was God from eternity; if not, He was no God. Birth and sonship are only human language to speak about spiritual things: John 1:12-13; 1Peter 1:3, 23; 1John 3:9; 4:7; 5:1, 4, 18. Thus Christian believers are ”born of / begotten from God”. Where is it written that Christ was born in a literal / physical way, out of God?

Jews and Moslem have a problem: they are more ”monotheistic” than Moses. When Moses met God at the burning bush, He actually met the Special Representative of God, wrongly translated ”the Angel” (MAL’AKH means, messenger, envoy, legate, ambassador, representative; either human, or angelic, or Divine). This MAL’AKH of YAHWEH in Exodus 3:2, 4 etc, proves to be a Divine Being, whom the author calles also Yahweh and God; but He is an ambassador of God. This MAL’AKH claims for Himself all the prerogatives of God, even stating that He is the One that has existence in Himself (I AM WHO I AM). We find Him all the way form Genesis through Judges and even in Prophets (Isaiah 63:9-10). The plural personality of the Godhead is quite transparent in Genesis 1:2, 26; 3:22; 11:7 and Is 6:8, because the Bible uses the plural of the pronoun WE/US. This is not the usual way of God to speak of Himself throughout Scripture. He always says ”I and I only” thousands of times. And Hebrew does not uses a plural of majesty in the case of God or kings, whatever.

Trees beget trees. How? Plants reproduce by asexual reproduction. They are of the same substance. Wood and leaves.

Jesus is not eternally human, but he was fully human when he decided to be born in this Earth. However, he is eternal. Read this (it was written hundreds of years before the birth of Jesus):

I thought that because Eve gave birth to Cain, a child of the Lord because the serpent beguiled her, God now had to send a promised seed to bring balance, perfection and peace, and restore the earth to the kingdom of heaven? Since Cain was the seed of the serpent I supposed that the promise seed was the seed of God or The Word of God in the Flesh! I always thought Jesus came to save the lost sheep of Israel and direct them back to their Father as well as lead the sinners who repent to redemption as their Lord, those that were created by the light and fell into darkness after following the seed of the serpent who are the sinners. So I figured those that were created by the LORD are the LORDS and those that were created of God are Gods and those that rebelled against God and followed Lucifer to earth are the fallen ones that Jesus will be Lord over in the end times cause he will replace Lucifer when he is perfected in the Glory of the Father!!
There are 2 types of sons. Sons by creation (angels, Adam) & Sons by power (Christ & believers).
The begotten son of God is not the flesh Jesus who was born of Mary. The flesh Jesus of Nazareth who was doing miracles is not the son of God.

The son of God is the ressurected Christ. This is a spiritual being. So when you hear the Bible saying son of God, its not God making a baby. Its spiritual by being the first to rise from the dead and being like God who is above death. That is what that term means.

In this video itself, 3 different Christians had 3 different interpretations of the word 'begotten'. The english word begotten means to conceive a child through sexual intercourse. I don't understand how us being angel like beings has got anything to do with Jesus being begotten. And God doing impossible things? I think you will be surprised to hear that you don't need to convince me that God does impossible things because WE BELIEVE THAT JESUS CHRIST WAS BORN OF A VIRGIN BIRTH. Yes I have several or more translations of the new testament bible. They can say different words, but they all express the same meaning. Important to remember this. it is the essence of the word...
example ; saying " AS WHITE AS SNOW"
is the same as saying AS WHITE AS COCCO NUT" Or AS WHITE AS CLOUD,,,,, it is the essence .
As with food how would you describe to someone the taste of lamb if they had never tasted lamb? You can only convey your meaning or truth, only by using the other persons own personal life experience.using their symbols to describe you own truth.

In English we use one word to express many meanings. I can say I deeply love my wife, in a ("INTIMATE") way. And you will understand what I mean, Also implying the sexual intercourse .
But in English I can Also say, I love pizza or I love DONNA KEBBAB in a (INTIMATE) way.But According to Dr Zakir Naik. he would think of me to be implying I have sexual desires toward my DONNA KABAB... thief may say I am going to screw your home.( SCREW is slang for sexual penetration, ).. But Dr Zakir Naik, would probably take it that the thief is going to literally go to his house and drop his pants and sexually penetrate his home...
But what the thief is saying is I am going to break into your home. The breaking into the home and robbing it, is like breakingin a virgin, and taking her purity.
Do not get a hangover over the word Begotten, since it was first written, no one in Europe has ever had a problem with the word.The king James was written in old English, and some of the use of words it is hard to understand even for me. English language is not a pure language, it is mongrel, A mix, Because of cultural changes new words appear. The word "GAY" once meant happy delicate, now means Homosexual.. but this word is still used in both contexts.
Even though no one church in England has the problem with the word Begotten,, it is only the many Muslims, who have a problem. Because it is sexual nature. I have realised that Muslims have hang ups over sexual issues, such as the female circumcision taking away the girls enjoyment of having sex, Or wearing the head scarf. And the role of women in Islam. Sex a gift to man and woman by G-D. Sex is not dirty, it is only dirty if it is used in a different way G-D intended it to be used. Of course with the rise of Muslim Migrants.. these things seem strange, to the eastern mind, brought up under Islamic culture.... The word Begotten is used both literally figuratively in English... Another thing about the word begotten,, Its true that people in groups such as scholars of the Greek bible do sit behind tables, and debate the correct translation and words to be used that best describe the essence of the word, both atheist and Christians sit together to translate the word. its been known that arguments brake out.. for they desire for the best and purist truth of its meaning to be translated. Because its the essence of the true meaning that is the most important.
In other words, it does not matter how you say it, as long as it means and expresses the same truth, and conveys G-Ds truth to the minds of mortal men in away so that our puny minds understand...
G-D by his grace and wisdom, has chosen to use the common language of mankind so we come to understand things, that speak and express his most eternal truths and mysteries.
Just do not get hung up about this word, if you prefer the NIV bible, then use that one, it does not matter. in the end it , in essence it all speaks the same truth, but in different ways.

Clearly you are wrong, there is poverty in Muslim lands, so your argument fails immediately. Jesus teaching is actually fairer; no discrimination whatsoever, he commands us to love the lord our God etc BUT the next is nearly the same...love your neighbour as yourself...no selectivism there..you are way off the mark here darkness; I've worked with an Aid Agency and know the issues of poverty around the world
