No we don't. They used him as a patsy and scapegoat was never no Harry Billups or Amir that was smoking mirrors. Even Lyga saids he believes that sketch just like I been saying since I was a kid that Kevin Gaines killed Biggie. That was the man with the funny haircut and the suit and bow tie at that party. I bet if they showed Big Gene that picture of Kevin Gaines then that Sketch of so Called Amir Muhammad then he would say damn that's the same person i seen walking up to Puffy car looking angry with a suit and bow tie on. I always told people Kevin Gaines went out by suicide by cop having a guilty conscious about what he just did on March 9th 97. He dies a week later??. Coincidence isn't it😂😂😂😂. Yea he definitely smoked Biggie and checked out early before they can get him. Kevin Gaines knew them streets or Feds was coming.

I use to follow cops picking up prostitutes on sunset then taking them up to Griffith park up by Los Feliz
When gaynes died the streets were saying that shit was a hit..

@@gregkading9315 Lyga stated when he saw the shooter’s sketch on March 10th he always thought the sketch resembled Gaines but the day Lyga had the encounter with Gaines on March 19th Lyga stated he didn’t know Gaines.
He was referencing the sketch that was dated March 10th. He says he saw it in the LA Times, which would have been March 27th.

This guy is not being 100% transparent. I've heard thus guy claim he and his guys split up after their job and he was on his own when Kevin pulled up. HERE IN the opening sequence he says he "led the pack" on their way back. So he's in front of them and then suddenly kevin shows up and lyga by himself and needs to radio his crew for help. Whatever you say, man. Fulla fckn sht
They were all heading back and he was in front. That doesn't mean they were all in a line. Gaines was trying to be a pos and draw a lawsuite

But the fact he states he didnt recognize Gaines at the light, but also says he and "all of us" (fellow cops) believed Gaines was biggies shooter as soon as the sketch was released. When was the sketh released? At first i had no opinion, i waited to hear it. But now I find him untrustworthy.

i heard it came out the very next day, the date on one of the sketches says 3/10/97

Unfortunately, a dead man cannot provide his version of events. However, this story makes no sense. Therefore, another black man lost his life.
Facts are Frank was exonerated from any misdoing, and like he said he went on retiring honorably.
Frank Lyga is and was found innocent by the legal system. But in God’s moral court, he’s guilty. He obviously escalated the situation by even interacting with Gaines while having all the training to deescalate situations before they elevate to the point this one did. And he admitted he was even willing to fight him! He just operated within the boundaries of the law better then his other corrupt LAPD partners.
Also, he sounds like a real shining example to have teaching future officers at the academy. LAPD still remains the biggest gang in LA.
And he even began the interview by saying he was “leading the pack” of other officers heading back to Hollywood but yet they were no where to be found during a car pursuit and a shootout. Even the CHP beat them there.
Something ain’t addin up 🤔
The crazy part the way he killed gaines is the same eay pac and big was killed nearly the same shot same style of killing someone straight through the door in an upward projectory

My idea of descalating isn’t challenging someone to fight in the middle of the road.He’s explained this to himself so many times he knows every detail burned into his scenario in his mind.

So facts about the house. Kevin was not in his Mercedes he was in the house owner suv the same one he was shot in. The Mercedes with the CIA plates was in the driveway. So there for the gate opener wouldn’t have been in the Mercedes. Two he would have never said it was his house. Three the officers were on foot when Kevin saw them walking up the hall. Kevin also told them he would escort them to the pool through the garage because he didn’t have access to the house. If a call is related to an area and the area showed no signs of evidence it’s no need to enter a persons house.
He is leaving stuff out obviously,wtf would Gaines who was a cop as well be ice grilling him for no reason. It was definitely more then normal road rage going on with them. He probably said something crazy to dude in they had a back in forth in it turned deadly.
Except that Poole and his partner found multiple other incidents with Gaines doing this same thing to other drivers.
