    Good day coach, on 0:55 I think the glutes and quads (not the hamstring) are lengthening on eccentric movement. And shortening on concentric movement.
    More power on your channel, it helps me big time.💪

    If I don't own resistance bands, then would holding dumbbells during the pogo exercise be a good be a good replacement?

    many say in videos that to increase speed,should do weight lifting like deadlift,power clean and many more.but i think lifting is going to slow you down or add weight to you and that will slow you down.
