playing at game on rx 570 4gb varient i3 4gen and 16 gb ram at low runs like a charm super optimised and the game is only in alpha state

CPU cooler is be quiet pure rock 2 and cpu is undervolted in bios to 1.2v

I can't even get to 60fps in lowest settings on my rx580 and slow loading time..
My PC specs:
• i5 gen 6 6500 +rx580 4gb
• Ram 8gb
• Psu cooler master 550 80+
• Ssd 240 PNY+hdd 1tb
• Casing Corsair carbide air R240
What are the things that I need to upgrade?
