Silk shading done in 2010 at the Royal School of Needlework to complete a concentrated certificate course. This project was completed , design to mounting in 7.5 days. Silk shading was last technique to complete to earn the RSN Certificate in Hand Embroidery with Merit. See more on my website

I don't teach this technique on line , not sure if anyone does but any book by the Royal School of Needlework would be a good place to start

Thank you It is not as hard as it looks. I dreaded this technique and left it until the last one to do . I finished it with 2 days to spare!
