I found a clip of this game while researching Hanser's voice roles, but I never expected her to sing a song for it. Hot. Shuanghua especially so. She actually kisses the male MC? Nice. Love how this could be used as an anime opening. Does anyone have a plot summary of the game? Do they get together?
Well, I think they're planning to release an English translation to this VN eventually. But if you're impatient to know, I could tell you what actually happens to them :)
@@neutralino1905 Well, !SPOILERS! / / / / / / / / / / / / / / / / / / / It's about a private detective who in his search for a lost girl got into a mysterious village isolated from time and space. The inhabitants were very nice to him, but he discovered that when night comes, almost all of them become evil and bloodthirsty human-like monsters. Also, the girl voiced by Hanser, Shuanghua, was venerated as a sacred figure by the villagers regardless whether it was day or night, but during the nighttime she also changed her personality: by day she was very cute, innocent and naive, while by night she gave more like "femme fatale" vibes. Later, the protagonist discovers that 2000 years ago the villagers performed a ritual (using a special artifact owned by Shuanghua, if I remember it correctly) to save their home from Qin Shihuang's forces (an actual Chinese emperor who conquered all of China) and thus attained some form of eternal life, but it was more like in spiritual form and they all were actually already a pile of bones. They couldn't leave their village at all, so after decades they started to go insane because of isolation and routine. Shuanghua decided to separate the day and night in the village, so that the daytime villagers retained only a year of their memories, while by the nighttime they returned to their actual state. However, she herself didn't like this solution very much. In the true ending, the protagonist decides to consume that artifact of immortality so that he can become a vessel for the villagers' spirits and give them some respite from that thousand year isolation. But it's implied that consuming the artifact will eventually ruin his body and he will die. Still, he doesn't care because his life anyway didn't have a lot of meaning before he met Shuanghua and others, so he decides to spend his remaining days of life in company of his beloved girl and friends. Yeah, the ending isn't very happy, but I personally liked it :)
@@YuriyVashurin Thanks so much for the detailed summary! I knew that the MC was someone who somehow time travelled and stumbled on a village from ancient times and that Shuanghua switched personalities during day and night but not much else. That ending is sad but also happy. Bittersweet. Could I ask how you're so knowledgeable about this game? You must have played it yourself!
大佬配的黑/白花配的真好!

Seriously, why does YT randomly disable miniplayer? It was literally working earlier today. Laughable company.
