I use the Lifesum app for calorie management but never bothered to track my water intake since 1. I just drink when I’m thirsty. 2. I didn’t know it actually is impactful for my body’s ability to burn fat. This makes me wonder though, what does the literature say about the definitions of hydrated vs dehydrated. How is the measured? Blood work? Skin tension testing? Maybe it’s obvious but this got me thinking 😂
I was rather surprised by this research. I don't track my water either. Just drink when needed. I will say, I've been much more conscious of it after making the script for this video, lol.
