PTSD INDUSED BY A SMALL 3 APT HOUSE Worth about 80,000 dollars . 2 apt bedroom bathrooms over my praticaly no insulation. 2 stairways going above me with walking talking noice droping banging party's. PLUMMING BANGING. THE WORSE Is seven dogs 1 Germon shepard barks load out side in side. they leave them there and bark bark. no sleep may be from 2- 5 am with dogs floping on floors 2 famillys up . land lord say's just leave or this or that. i sleep in a camper i got to get some sleep and land lord is making it impossible. i am trying to find a other place but its hard with covid and having a camper to save me. half the time i cant get in to my apt with out dogs chasing me and trying to bite. its Hell and vermont does not seem to half any laws for such hell. i am jittery and hear dogs barking and jumping in my mind now. i worry all the time now. apt is a compltete torture chamber. i was later told the tenant be for me stayed in apt only one day a week for over a year and moved out. and that was with no dogs at the time. he could not sleep in this apt. i can't believe how land lord can get away with this.
