Just saw this. Awesome! yea the balance of the 328 is amazing for drifting, and bmw handing compliments that, Mod'ed or not. (adding a few things does help, lol.) I love mine.
Are you running the stock or a hydro E-brake setup, and if you run a stock setup what kind of black magic did you use to make it lock up, just asking because we are building a e90 Driftcar for a voactional school...
Oil cooler, you can use the n54 filter housing which has the oil cooler lines or there's probably aftermarket for n52 or n54, either way it can be adapted to n52
I’ll chime in here, n52s came pretty detuned from factory. You can squeeze out an easy 40-60bhp out of it with a 3 stage manifold and MILVS. Don’t forget the tune, for a bit more power you can go catless (no secondary + catless headers). If your feeling frisky you can also do e85. I’d imagine with the proper tuner this can put you at about 300bhp.

@@sazzadahmed3319 If you have the three stage already getting it tuned is the next step to make the most out of the increased airflow higflow headers etc etc. the more air you put in the front the more you have to let out the back!

not worth in my opinion you cant just delete xdrive you half to swap the drivetrain or else if you delete xdrive youll have no power i would sell it and get a shit box for cheap if i where you and if you do swap drivetrain get a m3 diff dont weld since the m3 diff is lsd

N52s are just tanks, most reliable BMW engine. Easily tunable to 280hp (crank)

I have an N52 E90 with a magna m90 old school supercharger. Activewerks exhaust catless and a tune. I have about 318bhp.
