This character broke my heart. I just wanted him to be able to trust someone for real. His whole life he was forced to go against his feelings. At times i think she saw it and if she had just helped him he could have believed in love, but it was all an act just like everyone else in his life. I really only watched this drama because of him.
I know that a massive chunk of viewers love ryu shi oh’s character but you’ve got to realise his character shined through coz of his chemistry with namsoon. It was more hard hitting only because they both had so much tension that flowed between them naturally. I think both the actors playing their roles brought that out phenomenally. The fact namsoon was a character that was suppose to hate him yet made us want her seen with him, is not only Byeon wook seo’s acting but also lee you mi’s input.

When he was still a little boy in Pavel, he was trained and raised as a killing machine. In the end, a person does not know what is good , and what’s bad. His trust and love were betrayed. Do you think that living such a life a person will be good? I don’t support him because he’s handsome, I judge by the character’s psychology and try to understand his motives. Everyone lives their life the way they think is right, but I put myself in the character’s place to better understand his motives. If only I had the same life, I would have done the same thing, and maybe even worse. It’s not for us to judge. For me, he will remain a child who was betrayed and who tried to become an adult by committing certain actions, misdeeds. I don’t justify him, I understand him. Me they also betrayed me, and if I had money and connections, I would take revenge on those people who trampled me as a person. And it’s far from a fact that I would choose methods like him. And there was one more moment where at the end of the drama he said that he was betrayed 3 times. 1) His parents; 2) The girl he loved, aka Nam Soon, and 3) the friend whom he missed so much and wanted to see. and later this friend stayed with Pavel when Anton ran away, and then came to him where they were training and wanted to kill him. I’m glad that at least before his death this friend didn’t betray him. I’m just shattered by this denouement. The screenwriters didn’t tell a lot about Anton. 1) Why was the little child left without parents? 2) why does Anton say that they betrayed him, what happened between them? 3) How did he get to Pavel? 4) Under what circumstances did he find out what happened to his parents and why he bought his father a shop with an office, and why didn’t he know that the one who bought him this stall was his son!? A lot of questions. Not a single answer. I’m incredibly upset that it was simply leaked, while all the under-characters have a good ending!

But the writers, despite all the hate in their direction, made Ryu Shi On the most memorable hero in this drama. Nobody talked about the policeman, the villain took the hearts of the fans. And yes, his acting is worthy of an Oscar. I admire him.
On the technical side...This is an incredible and beautifully done edit !!! Did you use some type of filter, because the actor's faces look flawless ? All the other edits, even though well done seem to have harsher lighting !! I have been wishing someone would FIX IT !! Whatever you did has been the version I LOVE the best !! THANK YOU SO MUCH !!!!

I saw a short video like this, that's the reason I watched the Drama 🥺. It's kinda sad, I was hoping that he's gonna live and have a chance to change Like Hwa-ja.
Well, guess who came back? I finished the drama only to find out what kind of shitty end they chose... Spoiler Tsetseg didn't even grieve...she only shed one tear and that was it?! Like come on girl... You were so sad when that girl tried to stab you and forgave her but Shi Oh was so easy for you? I am not justifying his wrong doings and he has a lot of them...but he was serious with her and only wished the best for her until she 'betrayed' him. I am just so sad because this story had so much potential.
