This could even be a combination of the two as well, since the pills help Kangel calm down a bit too much (the reason why she is suddenly so happy), and the live comment section seeming like they were excited for a time like this (Kangel being back to normal again). She also could’ve felt like the need to never be Ame again, to protect her own mental health, that may be why she has “killed” her true self.

Nah, I actually think Haachama is pretty stable. Remember, most of the crazy stuff with Haato/Haachama started with the fanbase, Haachama just ran with it. Even her break and return wasn't really mental health related, but just because she was also doing school at the time.
