NC A&T - "The Gaga/Madonna Show" 9.7.2013
Вставка
- Опубліковано 15 жов 2024
- The Aggie band salutes legendary artists Madonna and Lady Gaga during the post-game festivities against Appalachian State University in Boone, NC. I'd also like to point out that all songs are in their original keys: "Edge of Glory" - A Major, "Borderline" - D Major, Express Yourself/Born This Way" - G Major, "Crazy for You" - E Major, "Poker Face" - Ab Minor...

still one of the best shows I've ever seen
Show is two yrs old. And still great! Golden Delight is just beyond great
You all probably dont care at all but does anyone know a trick to get back into an Instagram account?
I was dumb forgot my login password. I love any help you can give me
@London Andres Instablaster =)
this is still one of the best shows.. if not the show I've seen in my life..
Great show Aggies!! I LOVE how every time the band comes off the field they are excited. Like they know they just did an amazing job. When other bands just walk off the field you wonder if they even enjoyed their own performance. Loved it!!!
EQ 2000
Their dynamics are amazing.
Wow! Mind blowing! Golden Delight using hula-hoops now?!? NCAT is one the of the only HBCU bands that perform out of the box. Good job!!
I am so proud to be an Aggie! My eyes are filled with tears of joy and can't wait for my daughter to join the blue and gold marching machine when she enters college 4 years from now!
NCA&T is the HBCU band that uses its auxilary (Golden Delight) in the best manner in complimenting the band. The dance team just doesn't do its routine and then run off the field. The team is part of the ENTIRE halftime show. Hats off to the choreographers and creators of the show. Nice!
You guys Rock! Thanks for coming to the Rock. Best of luck in 2014
WOW!!!!!! That show was so clean and entertaining. Kudos to the school, the band, and the director.
I've never seen a picture soo perfect! Magnificent job BGMM & GD!!!
I'm really loving the video/media team. Great Job Band and just everyone involved in this dynamic organization.
That was beautiful, & the joy from everyone who particpated was priceless. RESPECT. #M100
This is coming from a BCU Wildcat fan.... I think this is the year the Aggies is going to showcase on everyone great job guys
I'm an A&T band junkie and I'm always happen to see them perform well. This show was designed for the App State home crowd and it had great music and great visuals on the field. Great job BGMM and Golden Delight.
This is coming from an NSU graduate and a former member of the SPARTAN LEGION. App State's band had to go on the field after THAT dynamic show that A&T just performed?!?!? Really? SERIOUSLY?!?!?!? Big ups to the Blue and Gold Marching Machine! Beautiful show!!!!!!!!!!
I love it very uniqe great balance and golden delight were amazing
I said it last year when they did it at Coastal Carolina and I'll say it again....When you band can be culturally diverse as that you can only create greatness.....I love it and i'm not even an Aggie.....The Best Last Year and This Year you're looking to continue to maintain...
Video taping at its best. Great job on that
Awesome!!!!! Can't wait for 11/2. They sound this good and that's just the first game. Ready for first home game this weekend for family and friends event. Glad my daughter is now NCAT17. Soooooo ready!
Cant wait to see a possible tribute show to Dr. Hodge. I think he would be extremely proud of this show and the program. GREAT JOB!
Great show!!!
Boy am I glad you posted a video! I been so excited!
My hat off to bands sound and performance!
Amazing show!
Beautiful job sir, I was thoroughly impressed with the tact, precision, and passion that went into creating such a captivating performance. Looked spectacular, sounded excellent....glad to see an HBCU program that puts class and quality into everything they do from the winds, to the auxiliary, on down to the percussion. Wonderful job!
Great show Aggies!! Aggie Pride 1981
This is one of the best halftime band performances I have ever seen and I am real old school (Grambling, Southern, Tn A&I, Morris Brown) . At first I was thinking this was a great show for the App State audience however after watching a second time, it was a great show for any audience. I think the "Golden Delight" aux made this performance pop. Keep up the good work Aggies. Right now, you are the best.
Man you did an OUTSTANDING job with those arrangements and drill.Keep on doing what you're doing!!!
I'm sure there is nothing new under the sun. However, NCA&T is the only HBCU band I have seen in which the dance team uses ribbons, hoops, and other apparatus in its performances and serves as the flag corp and the baton twirlers.
This had to feel good at the end I tell you this was the best Show you'll could've put on for that crowd Great job Aggies... I saw that little Mr.Smarts move come out at the end of "Crazy For You" Nice job Thomas.
The stereo overdub makes this show sound much better.
I love show!! Arguably one of Ts best first show of the year performances...I'm loving the sound of the machine. I think what got me the most was the ending chords of the last drill piece before golden.... Those chords gave me chills...even the Vogue reference at that end was nice. Good job bgmm.

Okay I heard a little conga at 5:24
Thomas, you're a beast with the pen man! Good job Aggies!
good show, good arrangements. this is what band/music is about
You know this is a couple of years ago, but I have heard many HBCU bands and I am a fine of many, by far this is the best I have seen. No blatting tubas. not over powering brass, or percussion, just a clean sound. I love the way the incorporate both corps style marching and high step. Thanks for being such a great band!
this camera is everything.
Outstanding!
I was in the parking lot watching them practice this whole show before I moved back to new jersey the next day im a big fan
A classic BGMM & Golden Delight show!!!

NC ATSU C/O 2007
I always wanted to be a member of this band.

Perfect
Very relaxed!!!!!! NICE!
Hey Thomas did you arrange all the songs?
This is a nice field show
WOW IS ALL THAT I CAN SAY RIGHT NOW lolz... Ok GREAT JOB!
To say great show is too small to describe this.
As the old alumni with no teeth would say "Aggie Pide" its NationWide Baby!! Thunder Brother 00-03
Sweet Jebus!!!!
GD went off!
Man thats a band right there. Nice full sound. No overpowering trumpets or drumline.
AGGIE PRIDE! Great job! Shout out to Cold Steel!
quick question. do you remember what show that was when the band played melanie fiona 4am???
Great job BGMM! #Loyalty07
Yeah, I did, in addition to writing the drill...
the botb show was great but this is still in my favorite
i notice alot of bands are starting to go hybrid ( half corp half high step )
wassup with that
You know they're not the first and only band to do that right?
Outstanding show, but the sound is filtered.
What about them?
No more Aggie Lean?!
Jsu The Sonic Boom Of The South!
NCAT handle their business.
I am prud of my alumni but my tuba section needs some serious work, sound and tone great volume is dam near nul compare tu the band....long hold tones does the job.. other than that damn you guys are coming back strong
Did anybody here that the NCAA voted Southern University Human Jukebox as the 2nd best band in the country right after The Ohio State University Marching Band? I disagree with that vote.
Have you seen Ohio State's drills? Yea, I totally agree with the NCAA.
Without saying it, I was referring that comment to Southern University. I don't believe Southern should have been number 2. Southern is good but not that good.
MrSaitekController I totally agree. They are very good in the stands, but extremely predictable on the field.
Instead of downing or hating on the Human Jukebox, try to appreciate the fact that an HBCU band is ranked that high. They are the only HBCU ranked in that poll. That's a major feat. Be proud of the fellow HBCU.
Also, Southern is by far the cleanest band when it comes to field shows. They have a cleaner sound than most.
if was you i would have done applause too but good job!
You can always transfer LOL
I see who is controlling the MEAC this year! Love this band, one of the best bands on the east coast.
Don't make no friggin sense. Good job aggies.
THE LEGION DOES NOT EXIST ANYMORE....LOL
