Nice video. Boundary Fit and Mesh Fit are very nice when you understand how to use it correctly)). Sometimes surfaces are not smooth but it's possible to fix. One small advice, when you selected many edges to extend them, you don't need to press on each of them. Just press on the edge by right mouse button and choose "select boundary edges".

Hi, great video ! I had a question on the top surface. Is there a way to define that the top surface is symmetric over the midplane? Thanks.

in fact, symmetry over the complete part . BR

In order to do that you would have to make in manually or you could cut the surface and add a fillet. That would make it symmetrical.
