Pastel lesser looks like it has fire or vanilla or maybe both. Perhaps od could be in there. That brightness and thick pattern is for sure more than pastel lesser. Usually fire or vanilla can crank it up and thicken the dorsals. It has some vanilla cream vibes. Maybe I’m wrong but I would need to see the parents for sure.
Yea a buddy of mine was thinking the same thing! I do wanna prove out what's going on. But Vanilla is also my best guess.
If you could breed it to a super fire or vanilla cream that’s what I’d do.
Yea, I'm still wondering who to pair him with. I do have a yb female to maybe single out the genes but your idea might be better.

I'm looking for a Pinstripe female.. I have a Bamboo male I want to breed with a Pinstripe.. but anyways thanks for sharing...
I have a female pin that should lay eggs soon. She was paired with my banana,lesser, pastel het paint male. My pin also maybe het for albino. Won't know for sure until I do a shed test.

How Many Snakes In Total You Have Cuz?
Have about 31 snakes at the moment. With some eggs cooking and 2 more females ready to lay this month aswell.
Ok so newbie here. Why would anyone breeding balls want to breed to norms? Just as a business decision they seem to me basically worthless. I could get 10 free just looking online. Jç. Also when purchasing how do you know if what they're selling is legitimately what they say? Especially het genes? You go on morph market and het paints are cheap when paints are pricey. How do you know they're legit het whatever the seller says? Please and ty
My normal het paint female came from a reputable breeder/friend. Any reputable breeder will not really jeopardize their reputation by lying when selling hets. So yes it does come down to their word essentially but that's the buisness with selling het anything. Luckily for me I saw the pairings and siblings to my het paint and she's indeed 100% het for paint. Also there's nothing wrong with having a normal het lying around in a collection. Especially if i want to single out genes or produce specific combos.
Not souch doubting your purchases. Clearly u have some knowledge I'm lacking, but for someone just getting into wanting to breed, is there anyway to determine genes? A test? So anyone on morph market that's doesn't have a store or reputation should be suspect? Just attempting to figure out if people are full of it or not. Especially when I could sell a $20 normal for hundreds by just saying it has some het genes in it? Anyways to make sure? Or just buy pricey animals from high end dealers? Again please and ty
So there are test that can prove hets such as albinos,pieds, clowns and there are more that cost in the range 50 to 75 range. Best advice is to buy from reputable breeders. Get to know them etc. If they don't have a reputation or background could always ask to see the pairings and siblings. But again, just have to take their word for it and you can do the test. Your better off paying a lil extra from a reputable breeder if it gives you peace of mind. Just one of those risk we take as a seller.
