Battlefront 2 was supposed to receive Scarif and other content over 3 weeks ago at this point... here we are, and we still don't know when the update is releasing, or what's in the update. Nice.

I get why it got delayed AGAIN but they have no excuse for the lack of communication. Since we are getting the March update in April all further updates are delayed too. It's so frustrating
sometimes you don't know you wont meet a deadline until the very last momment, people need to be more relaxed, they said mid April, it is still mid April and then they announced the delay, is not tlike they announced it late april
NighthawkL06 when it got delayed the first time they were probably close to finishing it since it was going to come out that week. Now here we are 2 weeks later and it's still not done. Again I understand that they are working at home and they should for their health but they need to communicate better. They waited until the day the update would most likely drop and then announced the delay. Why didn't they do it a few days earlier instead of making us guess when it would come out. I highly doubt they figured they wouldn't finish in time the day they announced it since it was again so close to the update.

Then we can finally get Jedi Hunt and have him be a special cost unit of like 4000 bp (if u manage to get that many) around the final 2 minutes. Once hes there the remaining Jedi surviving players should stand no chance.
Not every infestation mode should be fair. I like how it should usually end with everyone dying. Like Marines against Aliens in 2010 ps3 game. Almost 98% of time no one would survive til time ran out. Around final 2 minutes it just gets too hard. Too many aliens. God i love that.

Same. Have him move and control exactly the same as Vader, but with the appearance and voice of Anakin, only with the hood and Sith eyes like you say and maybe with a red lightsaber still so he doesn't get confused with the light side version.

At this point, my theory is that they're trying to find out how to work the Scariff gate in order to get the whole (community) transmission. We all know there's communication issues when the shield is up.

Actually I’d say it’s a pretty noticeable difference. Red lenses, non shiny helmet, he’s got the robes over the armor for his shoulders, and different gloves.
We should get an update that gives us Ahsoka and ventress after season 7 clone wars end

With the current state of the remaining devs, that is an unreasonable request and a slap in the face to the remaining few providing us with content.
I mean 1) there's quite a few characters that are more important to be put in the game than Qui-Gon or Mace, and 2) they 100% won't since most likely this game will not be getting content updates long enough to go through all the heroes/villains ahead in the queue for added content.

I'd absolutely love some new legendary skins like 'The Senate' Palpatine from Ep 1-3, or Old Ben Kenobi with his spiked hood. They could even try a pre-suit Vader legendary appearance, which would almost work except the emotes.

@@relixnova251 I know they could easily just do that, but the issue is it might sound weird with Anakin speaking as a 20 year old, but saying lines from a 40 year old. Anakin never said any of his emotes as he certainly didn't speak like Vader who is completely different. The only one I can imagine working is 'You cannot hide forever'.

They would have to get special clearance from Lucasfilm to create a non canon skin. Tbh I wouldn't have high hopes for them putting in the effort to do that. They already don't give us the canon skins we want, I wouldn't exactly put faith in them to give us the non canon skins we want

I would prefer the Empire Strikes Back outfit. Even though it’s subtly different it’s like Boba done a slight adjustment to his outfit between films. Changed from blue to grey overalls because they got old and dirty.
I want a dark anakan appearance for vader. They already have an Anakin voice actor so they can bring him in to record over vaders voice lines
It would cause confusion which is why they have not released any identical appearance
I think the reason they won’t do the chewbaca skin is that 3po is not tiny and his head would block shots as well as his body solution to this is make him part of the hit box which no one wants or make shots shoot through him which would be kind of wired and immersion braking

The way dice are going as a whole is really bad for them ngl. They can't keep up this behavior with their future games. Time and time again have they released a game unfinished with lack of content, loads of bugs, removing good things and putting in stupid things etc. Yes I know ea is part of it as well but they don't tell dice to take out the map selector for swbf2 which was in swb 2015. They also can't seem to get games done in any reasonable amount of time apparently. Yes swbf2 has improved a lot but if they finish it without adding any new galactic assault maps, starfighter assault maps and an actual new innovative mode which is actually creative and exclusive to swbf2 then I wouldn't consider the game particularly good.
Capital supremacy is a decent game mode but it's essentially just a watered down battlefield conquest with a bit of rush thrown in. Let's be honest, most people enjoy the ground combat the most while what happen in the ships can quite messy. Galactic assault has a lot of mediocre and sub pat maps, with its best maps reslly not being very good at all. This mode really needed new maps to keep it alive since the maps have been for the most part bad and repetitive for way too long now. A shame about starfighter assault not getting any new content since the release, it's most likely not going to get anything new frankly.
The analogy of releasing the monthly schedule 3 weeks into the month being akin to “getting a movie ticket during the credits” is a beauty

YES. Ventress and Ashoka would be perfect additions, 2 dual wielding Jedi (something we are desperately lacking), Similar fighting styles, Same era. It’s just such a perfect opportunity. And Ashoka in canon could totally keep up with everyone else on the field. It’s over due honestly.

I just noticed something super weird, I can’t find a single picture of earth vader without his mask on that has Anakins scar on his face
There are two answers: 1) the scar doesn’t show up because it’s a retcon, and Lucas never figured out how to add it in when making the Special Editions. 2) We know the scar isn’t that deep, because Anakin’s eye wasn’t damaged, so it’s possible the scar was burned off by the lava or removed via surgery by Palpatine, and we’ve never seen this because it was going to be covered by Vader’s helmet anyway.

I just want a order 66 mode in the Jedi Temple, on Coruscant. Where players would play as 501st legion clones and evil Anakin (hero) or on the VS side, non cannon (customizable) Jedi and Jedi troopers (blasters) and Jedi Temple guards (double yellow sabers) as reinforcements. This would be better a side mode than ewok hunt.
