- In this video I do a training session with Lio, my wife's nephew, who is fairly new to hockey (he's only been for two seasons), and is going into the U13 with EHC Bayreuth.
He's been working really hard on his shot, and I try to give him a few tips for his shot and his training in general, as well as do a slow motion analysis of his shot, which shows exactly what he needs to change in his technique!

What shooting pad is that? I’m looking for one that works well!
It’s homemade. Just a piece of Polyethylene (plastic), 125cm x 75cm x 4mm and polished with car wax so it slides well.

hey wollte fragen ob du vielleicht weißt wo ich am besten ein günstiges street hockey set her bekommen kann, bin für 3 Monate in Italien in einem Camp und würde gern ein hockey club starten für die Kids aber darf es erst machen wenn ich das Material für relativ günstig bekomme

Puhhhh, schwierig, günstig wirst du am ehesten was auf Ebay finden, mit etwas Glück. Aber ich finde dein Idee cool!
