Thanks for this. I was worried about buying it as it was a bit cheaper than the others - but after watching this, it is exactly what I need.
Hope you enjoy it! Works Well for us no complaints until this moment after daily use!!
Hello, great video. I have got this and seems to work well. The only issue I have is the compressor switches off after every 45 min and stays off for 10 min and then again restarts. This happens even in laundry mode. Is this a faulty unit or is presumably normal and it’s just defrosting? Room temperature is 19. Thanks.
Hi there is normal operation of the device you don’t need to worry because even when is defrosting is still collecting humidity because the fun is on
Thank you for your comment!! We here to help
Also no matter the settings, the consumption is low. I am not sure if its slowering the humidity removal. If that is the case, I will run it full blast all the time. Mine is noisy even with slow fan. Probably bcs its bigger.
I think on dry clothes mode it does run the fan at full speed and there is a chance because it is bigger your model to make more noise
Thank you for your feedback
Ive got 20L dual max takes 280W so lets say 1KW in 4 HRS = 30+p, if running 24/7 2GBP approx daily thats 60GBP in a month for Electricity. But I assume its not running 24 7 still has got a high consumption to be honest. I have just started testing today I will be turning it off overnight in living room. Bought mainly becuase we couldnt dry laundry in days. 7 days in and still wet.
Thank for the feedback the 12 lt is doing a good job drying the clothes I don’t know if it has to do with the temperature of the house because these Dehumidifier’s don’t like to work well at temperatures lower than 14 c degrees it goes all the time to defrost the other thing we tried is to run it for 20 minutes to the dryer and then but the dehumidifier to do the rest usually in 2 days the clothes are completely dry at average 18 degrees in the room
I dont use dryer. My house is about 80% humidity, my therostat set for 19 degrees I also use wood burner in living room where I dry clothes. I need to test on the next batch. My biggest problem was humidity going nowhere so will see if that makes difference.
Hello Zoe and Mr Dee I have just bought this model when I switched it on the level was 75 like yours will the machine bring down the humidity by itself
Yes It will lower the humidity to 50% if you press the button that says HUM SET you will see that it says "50" and so when the Dehumidifier reach the 50% is going to stop but if you keep pressing the HUM Set you can set it to 35% which is extreme but if need be you can do it
Thank You So Much
Thank you Im new to all this @@Zoe_and_MrDee
hi i have watched your vidio great , but mine does not have any warm air coming out at all is it supposed to, just cold air. @@Zoe_and_MrDee
Hi 👋 This Device in normal operation the air coming out is usually cold from the top because the way it collecting humidity is by freezing the air as passing through it . Don’t worry your dehumidifier works correctly
