I'm more of a fish person than a reptile person and have a lot of experience keeping fish. Just wanted to say I personally think this is a great situation for these goldfish. They have a better home than 99.99% of all goldfish in the hobby. I know people in the aquarium hobby can be really intense about animal care which is both good but sometimes frustrating so I just wanted to say that I think this is a lovely set up. I've been able to keep bolbitis with goldfish before so if you really wanted live plants I'd recommend some epiphytes but the fake plants look pretty good. Great set up, it's nice to see goldfish in a space like that

I think it’s so sad how much you have to over explain a goldfish tank just because people don’t have common sense, can’t mind their business or realize YOU have a brain and obviously know proper care. The fish are precious! I kept Amazon swords with my goldfish and they never ate them. I had one sword that took up most of a 40 gallon breeder, it was gorgeous ❤

What do the goldfish eat? Lots of stuff! I give them brine shrimp, blood worms, and a pellet food specifically made for goldfish.
