Dale is down the Earth so honest he sees the good and talent in people this is why people respect him and honor him he says it with kindness
He isn't honest here. He's just being nice.
@@Ka_GgCry harder.
@@garyjackson3531 im not crying.
I just see a guy that owns a Xfinity team simultaneously not hiring her while saying she's very talented. Doesn't quite make much sense.
Sorry if reality hurts your feelings.
@@Ka_Gg Except you're missing the part where Hailie is signed as a Ford development driver, and JR Motorsports fields Chevys, so he couldn't hire her even if he wanted to.
@@DaMan87 So many people out there with zero racing experience think they got this all figured out... You are spot on.
A few years when she was on the Dale Jr podcast Kelly and Dale told her to not to worry about rushing up the ladder. Kelly knew then and i recall watching that episode and believing she was not as talented as what everyone wanted to believe. Even with that advice from Kelly Earnhardt the Deegan camp did the exact opposite and here we are.

From what I've seen she doesn't listen to anyone but her fiance. That's part of why she got into this bad situation
Yup exactly. If she focused more on her driving etc instead of social media and actually have someone that says no to her, instead of a yes person. She would be in a lot better position.

You could hear on the radio during the Chicago race, Joey wasn't just telling the crew chief what was going on with the car, but also telling him how to adjust it, so even if Halie knew how to articulate what was going on, sounds like they were guessing on how to fix it
That's a huge difference right there.
She had a different crew chief earlier in the year and was terrible with him as well
She doesn’t know what the car is doing because she don’t know what she’s doing.
Nice try, but that doesn’t explain her lack of success in ARCA and the Truck Series also. Nor her lack of success earlier in the year in Xfinity with a different crew chief.
That is what I heard also. If that is the case she was on the wrong team. Maybe Brian needs to start a team up.
Dale hit the nail on the head when it comes to Hallie's career and choices
I agree with both perspectives. I hope Hailie lands on her feet with a team that can be patient with her in this new machine and be able to facilitate her growth. The lady has talent!!!
Seems like yesterday she was winning those arca races. We thought she might be the real deal. It just didn't pan out.

What talent?
It was great listening to TJ coach Hailie as a driver while he was her spotter in Trucks. Losing that definitely hurt her performance in trucks, and this highlights how a skilled driver may not be able to articulate what they need to a team that may not know how to provide it
Yup. My biggest asset when entering a new car/series was my spotter almost more than my crew chief. Sucks she's got no one whose really invested in her for her sake.
I think the comparison would be a young solid QB out of college gets drafted by a team who is not considered a contender and does not have a lot of experience with winning and what it takes to win and they expect him to make them a winner. When he doesn't they trade him claiming he isn't a winner. See it is easier to do that instead on focusing on how can the team get better by that QB gaining experience both on the field and at the same time the coaching improves which will assist in his development. I guess we will see if that team's performance improves much. I am betting they will see some improvement at times but will continue to struggle most weeks.
I’m glad that he pointed out the circumstances to everyone and not saying she’s a bad driver. Everyone wants her to succeed and there are companies that want to fast track her success so they can ride on it. Too hard, too fast. Who has the financial patience to give her the time and experience to be successful?

I think Brett said it best on DBC; the other drivers don’t race Joey the way they race Hailie.
because Joey wasn't running in the back with them like Hallie either. If she would run upfront, they wouldn't. And to her defense AM racing has no business in NASCAR at any level.
lol she has been in the back not racing anyone. lol
@andytn6507 FYI the car was junk Joey spent most of the Chicago race 15-25 until the last stage when they got the car better. No one wrecked Joey because they know better if it was hailie she wouldn't of had 2 stages to figure it out someone would have wrecked her.

Probably the best explanation I’ve heard so far that she didn’t have the experience in the car to tell her crew what she needed to make the car better 👍
According to reports from Chicago, the AM Racing doesn't have the experience or knowledge necessary to operate a race team. When a driver has to explain to the team how to physically make the adjustments he's asking for, there's a huge problem.
Deegan has the raw talent to be successful, but raw talent can only get you so far. You have to listen to the people who have been there and have the knowledge and experience to refine that raw talent. I personally do not think Jr would have had the success he did if it wasn't for Dale Sr having him drive in the Busch Series for 2 yrs before bringing him up to Cup. Also, I don't see Jr taking a chance with her at this stage of her career. I think he learned a valuable lesson with Danica Patrick when she drove/ wrecked for Jr Motorsports.

I absolutely love the Deegan family, wish her the best.
Me too, I think Haiden could be one of the best SX/MX racers ever. Hailie’s statement was definitely bold..At the same time, they mentioned she doesn’t have the experience to tell you what is going on with the car but she said she is the only one who knows exactly what she needs. Thanks Jr, people might actually listen to you. AM Racing commited to a new team dynamic, with Deegan as the driver. They produced a car that ran 2 sec slower, a pit crew that pulled off many 18 sec pit stops, and a crew chief that was not ready to be a crew chief. Logano did ok, but practiced and qualified the car not much better than Deegan averaged. His experience brought the car up to 8th. Did you hear about the crew chief he had at Chicago? He was asking the driver how much tire pressure he needed to put in. As far as last year, Moffett had a different crew and crew chief. You simply can't compare the old to the new. AM Racing misrepresented the end goal to Deegan. It's that simple. It was so bad a situation that even Jeff Burton was calling her "afraid" at Iowa while on TV.
didn't she leave toyota? I know Toyota is known for fostering young talents and have a good development program. That's her own doing. no tears from me.
She was offered big money from Ford. Big promises too.
The crew chief at am racing didn’t know how to adjust tire pressure. I think it was a combo of both her inexperience and the teams inability to do their job
LOL! Didn't know how to adjust tire pressures???
My simple ditch ditching ass knows how to adjust tire pressures. Guessing her crew chief does too...
Try again....
@codymoe4986 If you have the chance listen to the radio communication between Logano and her CC, Logano had to explain exactly what he needed and how to adjust it. It's no wonder she didn't improve
That conversation has been taken way out of context (thanks Reddit!). The crew chief and Joey were going back and forth at various potential changes for making the car better, and Joey chimed in giving his opinion.
You really think any Xfinity team would hire a crew chief that doesn't know how to adjust tire pressure? Come on now, you're not that dumb, are you?

Looks to me that AM does not have the patience or ability to grow a rookie driver into a race winner.
I predicted that when she signed with them last year, they were a mid field team that once in a blue moon runs in the top ten but they are in that bunch that likes to run 11-20 consistently and when Deegan didn't have issues, thats what she ran. Unless they hire a Cup driver, thats all that team can ever expect to do in Xfinity.
Yeah, winning and being successful is needed these days to stay running.

That’s why she did good in srx . As much as srx was a race all the drivers talked . And David streeme seem to work with the drivers on adjusting those cars .
2 things, because her last name is Deagan, she is used for the publicity and lots of people think she is given everything because of her name and if they knew the family they would see that she has earned most of what she has gotten. Reguardless of her racing career, its in her genes to be a successful buiseness owner. She will be successful somewere.
If they have the funding, the need to get a coach/setup or evaluation driver to work with her to help her learn what to feel .
Agree, but she is her biggest obstacle. If she wants to be competitive in racing, she needs to put down the camera and get her but in the shop with the team every day. Until she does that and puts in the effort and time, she will be a driver of the past quick.

AM is a SHR Xfinity partner. Which is, as Junior and TJ discussed, exactly like the one off car she drove with a make shift crew in Vegas last season to a 13th place finish that gave her the idea that she wanted to move up, and so the logical move was to have an entire year of SHR aligned cars to race with a team that works with SHR and with Ford for her success, but then there's the driving part!

I think Hailie needs a good patient teacher to help her along. She has talent but she needs time to learn to talk to the crew on what her car needs.
That's the problem she don't know what the car needs or what she needs she don't know how to tell them what she needs
@jerryscray1789 yes but with time she could learn
@@jerryscray1789 pretty much, thats one of the downsides of going from stadium trucks to asphalt. her way of driving/setup she wants might not make sense to the teams as well and you can hear it sometimes where she'll explain something she doesn't like. but i definitely think doing the micro stuff she's doing now with Chase is definitely helping her understand setups. i just think everyone believed the kool-aid that AM racing was spewing to try to get her there for the extra sponsor money but it never ended up being what they promised. along with too many bone headed mistakes by the team multiple weeks in a row. that being said i still think she's better off in xfinity than in the truck series.
@sirmonkey1985 but if she don't understand the car then she can't tell them what she needs. As far as the micro sprints is she helping to set up the car so she understands what does what or is she just leaving it up to chase
What she needs is a driving coach that's made the transition from dirt to pavement and had some degree of success.
Driving the micro-sprint is fine. It helps with vehicle control and running in a tight pack. It does nothing to help her with learning how to setup a racecar, or how to adjust a racecar. It also does nothing to help her understand what the car is doing, or what she's feeling. Micro-sprints work completely different from an Xfinity car, or a CTS Truck or an ARCA car. They're not much more than larger go-karts with more power.
❤, the show.
One of the things you hear on the radio traffic for her is keep in the back and go for it last stage, if you're racing, you're running 110% the whole time to get that experience imo, everyone else is.
That's what sucks about stage racing
Just run 1 race not stages. Don't make no sense

I like how you guys keep talking about that but you don't talk about the results she has had an Xfinity or the truck series. At this level she is not a major talent at all.

Deegan is talented, but needs to be with a good team that knows how to develop talent. AM Racing isn't a good team.
But what was she supposed to do? They signed her to a three-year contract They didn’t even honor the three-year contract because after 12 or 13 races, they decided that she was no good when they according to report pursued her. Offroad where she isn't used as a marketing puppet
Ha....!!!
nope
Marketing is her thing, shes not a puppet, shes the boss when it comes to social media.
A lot is perception. I do believe she has talent. But! She comes across as being more interested in her social media than racing. In 2022 at the spring Daytona race, there was a little girl sitting in front of me all decked out in Hailie garb. During introductions, all the drivers were waving at the fans from the back of the pickups. Hailie had her face buried in her phone. The messages can wait 10 minutes. The little girl was calling her name and was crushed when Deegan did not respond. "Mom, she didn't even look up". Very sad.
That’s the problem….too worried about social media presence and not enough about the process of the team and racing! Big mistake and now it’s over…!
Social media is the job. Hailee should have paid attention to the fan though. I wouldn't judge her on that one deal though. But she should pan more attention. Fans ARE the sport.
That really sucks. I feel sad for that little kid. ☹
Bro, you're gonna make me cry. 😢
Thanks for this video. TJ echoed the points that I've posted to all the Hailie haters that she needed coaching from a much more skilled driver or crew chief on what she needs to be looking for in the car, in herself to get better qualifying and race results. I think she should go to a racing school or find some series that she can grow outside NASCAR's anal practice and testing Rules
She should go late model racing and learn about setup so she doesn't need to rely on someone else. She did pretty well in ARCA but wasn't there very long before she got up to trucks and Xfinity.
Hey Jr… you have a garage full of cars! Slide her right in one😂 I hear she has her own sponsor!
So what about the other younger (than Deegen) drivers who have found success in Trucks and Xfinity ? Whats the argument for their success ?
Exactly
I agree. She was in the truck series for a while and wasn’t successful. Why would a team hire a driver, and not guide their driver to be successful.
They're race car drivers, that's the difference.

I'm so glad that he has the perspective to see that this isn't just a Halie situation. There is no doubt that she has talent, much like almost every driver that's ever set foot in the top 3 series.
Another driver who had a forgettable Xfinity drive, awkwardly so for JR, was Ben Rhodes. Two time truck champion, always competitive in that series. Had a single top 10 and 4 finishes in the 30s in his limited JR motorsports starts. Compare that to any of the cup guys that got into that 88 car and his young stats wilt.
If her dedication was with racing like she does on UA-cam maybe she would still have a ride.
Her UA-cam channel is run by Chase & others around her. Her UA-cam exposure is appealing for sponsors. Sponsors are necessary to land deals in competitive teams. Her UA-cam sells merchandise, which can be reinvested into her racing. As Dale and the team are saying, experience is the only missing piece now.
Nope. You have to have a large social media presence and a multi million dollar personal sponsor to get a seat in NASCAR. No youtube, no ride.

It's really childish.
@@garyjackson3531 Childish is not looking at the facts...she is below average
She needs to look at SVG and follow his methodology to NASCAR. SVG raced in a number of different categories to learn different skills and to be exposed to different race teams. It meant that SVG is not a one trick pony who specialises in just V8 Supercars. He has experience in open wheelers in NZ, V8 Supercars in Australia, he raced GT3 Sportcars at Monza, Silverstone, Paul Ricard, Spa 24 hours and Nurburgring, IMSA Sportscars at Daytona 24 hours and Sebring 12 hours and even around of the WRC.
SVG earned his money in V8 Supercars but made sure his racecraft was honed across multiple series and that he was exposed to different teams, different conditions and different types of setup. In 2016 he travelled overseas for the Daytona 24 hour, the Spa 24 hour, sportscar races at Monza, Silverstone, Spa and Nurburging. Each of these events happened during a season he was fighting for the V8 Supercar championship and each involved 24 hour flights and short turnarounds. He was prepared to risk his main source of income in V8 Supercars to gain experience and skills across multiple categories.
Hailie needs to get her backside into any racing category anywhere in the world to improve her racecraft, her only criteria should be making sure she is with a team that has a competitive car and that has experience. Her time in the NASCAR pyramid has not developed her racecraft enough and she needs to grab every opportunity. 24 hour races at Nurburgring, Spa and Daytona would inject massive experience and racecraft and give her the chance to work with experienced drivers as team mates and with experienced teams and their sheer length would quickly give her more experience. Every V8 Supercar team needs a co-driver for Bathurst again she needs to get herself into a seat in an event that just by its very length will give her experience and in a two car team will expose her to three team mates with experience that she can learn from.
Right now her commercial brand relies on image rather than experience and image is unfortunately transitory.
@NascarFan2345 The definition of insanity is doing the same thing and expecting a different outcome. She needs to develop her racecraft
Remember that SVG was in his mid 20's in 2016 when he went and raced overseas to improve his racecraft, he had less seat time than Hailie has and had landed a seat in the top V8 Supercar team. Instead of spending his time focusing on Instagram pictures and image he focused on his racecraft and went overseas.
She needs to stop worrying about her brand and start worrying about her racecraft. If she cannot get seat time in a competitive team within NASCAR pyramid she start looking overseas. A stint with a European GT3 team racing the N24 and Spa 24 will massively improve her racecraft. She fundamentally does not know how to set up a race car.
@@MrCarrera28She already knows how to race dirt. Tony Stewart wouldn't shut up about how good she is.
She ran the Michelin Pilot Challenge last year at the 24 Hours of Daytona and came in 3rd.
Last year she drove an Xfinity car for a good team and finished well. Those two events are why so many felt Xfinity fit her style of driving better than the demolition derby that is the Truck Series.
No doubt Deegan needs more experience, but she chose the wrong opportunity with AM Racing. A total clusterfuck!
Hopefully she can find a real opportunity with a serious team that understands driver development.
But that's where your Ideology is wrong.... Just because you're an experienced race car driver doesn't mean you're going to get a ride at a prestigious race team across the pond and even at that some great drivers don't make it to other series. WEC, IMSA, GT3, etc you have to either know someone or be invited to race you cant just say hey here is some cash I want to drive a race car you have to be at top of your game 24/7 to be invited to those level of racing. Nascar is moving up the Ranks if a team sees your improvement in truck and feel you're ready for Xfinity then so be it. As for social media she has sponsors that require her to post for branding reasons so she's working while on social media
Good point. Image gives her opportunities. She needs to work on racecraft. Take 5 years. Limit the influencer life. It is hard bc she is attractive and good looking women live life on easy mode. But that doesn't guarantee results in a competitive sport.
Good job Junior. Haley has a lot of talent.
The JGR Xfinity program has given opportunities to several drivers in one off deals to drive their cars and most have done well even though they hadn’t done much with other lower funded teams, I’m sure she could probably get the funding to try that route like others have, that might show where she stands talent wise as those cars have shown to be front runners with just about anyone who drives them.
She and other rookies who came in around 2020, never got the same opportunities as every driver before them with practices, qualifying and all that hands on experience either, which was detrimental to their careers. It would be nice to see her get another chance, but I feel like after seeing Joey put up an 8th, this may have been her last real chance to shine.
Come on now , we are talking a veteran vs. A rookie . No comparison. She deserves another shot with a experienced team
@@user-nu7tt3hj8fexactly!
@@user-nu7tt3hj8fshe don’t deserve anything. She don’t put the time in through the off season and days up to the races, she is more worried about her UA-cam and her dirt racing, she showed no sign of potential at all this year.
@Dailysweeper and do you have proof she don't put the time in ? Her UA-cam and Dirt racing is a huge part of getting her sponsors names to the public which is why she gets those sponsors . I'll bet AM racing will be struggling to get any sponsorship money now . All of the money she brought in is leaving now I'm sure . I hope a decent team picks her up and puts the right resources behind her and let's her develop. No one in America deserves the blessings we get from God everyday but they still come . Whatever door opens for Hailee will be opened by God and the ones that close will be closed by God !!
@Dailysweeper I guess you can get in a xfinity car and in 12 races be running in the top 10 or 15 ? If it was that easy we all would be in NASCRAP
Dale Jr. Would you sign her act as her coach. She is talented but as you said she doesn’t know what she wants..
Pick her up Jr you have a way to make her a great driver you done proved that you can do it lol I just started following her darn it
Wonder if she would do a Preece deal or a Ryan Truex deal where she can put together a part time schedule in a decent car and then use a couple good runs to propel herself into a better ride for the next year.
It’s certainly possible.
I'm sure Hailey would benift greatly with some JRM suport, and it would open up a new fan base for JRM. Sounds like a win win situation to me. Maybe put her in the Car's tour for a few races? But first, and formost Hailey needs to be in a Chevrolet!
Except she's signed with Ford as a development driver.
@@the_keen_edge * Hailie
She had David Ragan as her driver coach, has been in CHAMPIONSHIP equipment at Thorsport and couldn't get it done. IMO AM racing saw her focus probably wasn't 1000% on driving instead of worrying about her own brand and channel they told her to kick rocks.
100% Agree, but she is her biggest obstacle. If she wants to be competitive in racing, she needs to put down the camera and get her butt in the shop with the team every day. Until she does that and puts in the effort and time, she will be a driver of the past quick. Her 3 years in the trucks she got worse and worse every year, she is too content running mid pack.
Yeah I mostly agree. She spends way too much time and effort fooling around on social media and essentially trying to get simp fans
. Spend more time in the race shop, help work on the car and ask questions. Whose fault is it she doesn’t know how to set up a race car? Did she ever ask? Did she ever learn it? Drivers these days think they should just be able to hop in a race car and have it run perfect without any knowledge or input. Kinda like days of Thunder when the crew chief basically tells Cole if you can’t tell me what the car is doing I can’t fix the damn car 🥴
@@tritontransport true
💯🎯 Guys. Spot on.
I agree
I think the right scenario is you and Kelly Bell really seriously
Sorry Dale not Bell
Deegan advanced from full time ARCA to full time Xfinity in less time than a lot of people advance from one ARCA to trucks.
Although there are a million ways to skin a cat, I'd personally like to see her move back to ARCA and work on her race craft. She was a contender in that series, and having the ability to run up towards the front would allow her time to gain experience in other aspects to help her overall improve her race craft, as opposed to the Truck and Xfinity series where she was often being enveloped in the pack, and spent a lot of time just trying to see the checkered flag.
Learning to swim is a lot easier when you're not drowning.
Also, Budweiser Select 55 is my new beer of choice. lol. Thats all.
I'm rooting for her. A rookie team paired with a rookie driver...what did they expect? Smoke needs to put her in a car with a good team.
@sb859 Huh? Tell you what, let Tony know, and maybe he'll get right on that, especially since he just closed SHR down, and sold out, and got out, completely out, of NASCAR, in order to pursue NHRA Drag racing, and starting a family. Tony isn't putting anyone in a NASCAR stock car, he's just finishing up doing exactly the opposite.
Sure. She can race a top fuel funny car for him next year.
@@dskeptic Top Fuel ain't that simple. Tony ran A/Fuel last year, and finished 2nd in the World Championship to Julie Nataas. This year he's driving Leah's car, she finished 2nd in the World to Doug Kalitta last year. So far Tony hasn't done anything in TF.
Now Julie upgraded her license to Top Fuel after the race in Virginia. After the mandatory 400 ft check out pass, she ran numbers good enough to have sat near the top of the field at the actual race.
Drag racing is a very technical sport that requires intense concentration. Tony is one of the very few roundy-round racers to have any luck at it. Kalitta is the other!
Since when is AM Racing a rookie team? You simps are insane.
She drove for an awesome truck team and did horrible.
In her 3 years in trucks didn't her teammates have a whole 3 wins? That doesn't exactly sound like great equipment
She had good enough finishes to get a ride in the Michelin Pilot Challenge at the 24 Hours at Daytona, where she finished 3rd against experienced endurance racers.
She also finished well in her one Xfinity start last year in a good car with a good team.

That's what I love about Ryan Vargas. He went DOWN for a year and is driving in EuroNASCAR to get that road course experience. He knows where he is lacking and is going to where he can hone his skills and come back faster and more competative. One day, he will be a star, who knows, maybe even in a cup car.
Didn’t know there was a Euro nascar😮
@@phillippitts6294 check it out. They show races live on UA-cam.
This is also the problem when you have top tier drivers also racing in the lower tiers. If your in the main game you shouldn't be also racing in the lower tiers taking opportunities away from people. Xfinity is really bad for this and it takes opportunity away from developing drivers who are already struggling with track time limitations as it is.
Hailie Deegan only chance is to cut ties with Ford, her career has gone no where since being a Ford Development Driver.
4 years in Ford. 4 years of Disappointment. If a Tricon Garage seat opens up, that is her chance.
Ford will void her contract, and Toyota doesn't want her...
Alot of people are saying her biggest mistake she ever made was switching from Toyota to Ford but she wanted that Truck and that Mustang lol
Toyota had to have given her the boot

I think she would be a great add to you team dale jr
come on dale man i was out there in traffic side drafting drafting up hill taking care of my stuff dang man
Just like a lot of very talented drivers, I think Hailie Deegan needs to be driving for a team that has better infrastructure, better, pit crew, better all around organization, and most of all an Owner and Team that BELIEVES IN HER ABILITY...
She also gets a raw deal out on the track wear a lot of drivers Billy her, damage her car, flat out take her out the race, now weather they do it because they don't want her there or they do it because they are afraid of losing to her, losing to a girl and get tons of backlash and being made fun of w/ the whole " Haha you got beat by a girl" and should these guys race her clean and she finally gets the chance to drive without having to be defensive the entire race constantly mirror driving and watching for who's around her, who's gonna put her in the wall, run her up the track, whatever the case. I believe if she can run her race the way she wants to run and NOT WORRY about being wrecked every weekend, I guarantee she would finish at least 8 - 13 spots better if not win the race. I bet she can run top 5's and 10's almost every weekend if she can race her race and NOT RACE 50% of the field defensively, mirror driving the entire race.. Anyone who watches Xfinity can flat out see how some of these guys race her. I'm very confused as to why they never get an invite to the NASCAR TRAILER after the race weekend in an weekend out.
Good point. Some drivers race her different knowing they won't get punched in the mouth. This is true.
@@tayronachanI think that's very true. She needs to go hang out with Erica Enders over in the NHRA. No one messes with her. You know Tanner Grey won a Championship in the NHRA, but he and his team tried that NASCAR nonsense over here. They were literally run out of the sport! The entire Elite team, which is up to 8 cars now, put an end to the Grey experiment. He hasn't done much in NASCAR.
If Deegan had punched a few of these clowns out, it would be a different story. Again, she needs to spend some time with Erica Enders, the 6 time World Champion, and Shirley Muldowney, who was kicking the boys asses in the 70's in Top Fuel. They would toughen Hailee up!
Come on Dale hook her up
She did so well at the Roar Before the 24 a couple of years back. I hope she considers looking into IMSA
I was at Portland sitting in turn one chicain, she was like 10 miles an hour slower than everybody else going though there almost stopping. why she was a lap down just over half way.
Put her in one of your cars for a race or two. Help her out
That’s what I’m sayin’ though she seems way too connected to Ford.
Have Kelly start an off shoot! Make her great and get her there! Come on man…woman!
Like F1… need to better prepare women for competition. These little 4 banger series cars they’re out in are weak sauce!
@@Greg-ij6em he should put her in the 88 car part time
He only looks for talent, she has marketability
He can’t Ford won’t allow it
How about we give more practice time, just a thought
That would help a lot of drivers
With the same practice time:
Xfinity
Chandler Smith - 22 yo, 2 wins , 6 top 5s
Jesse Love - 19 yo, 1 win, 3 top 5s
Sammy Smith - 20 , 2 top 5s
Sam Mayer - 21 , 1 win, 5 top 5s
Parker Retzlaff - 21, 2 top 5s
Leland Honeyman - 19 , 1 top
Hailee has a lot of avenues she can take. She got 💰💰 wherever She goes. Go Girl!!
You’re the one that hires drivers to develop them Dale so you should hire her!!
She’s with Ford. His team is Chevy
If she didn’t do well in trucks why would she do well in xfinity?
Jimmy Johnson sucked in the bush series!
@@retired-pipefitter women are not as good as men at driving race cars FUCKING DEAL WITH IT.
Are we pretending the truck series is an actually decent feeder series??
Because the one time she was in one of these cars before this season she ran near the top 10 most of the day
She should move to NHRA Already about a dozen female drivers, with a few being class champions. She won't stand out as much.... Unless that's what she wants to do. She did seem to pay a lot of attention to her UA-cam channel.
Everyone who is successful in the NHRA has a large social media presence. Same for successful NASCAR drivers. That's the job. They all drive for free.
Drag racing is tough. It requires serious skill and superior concentration.
Few roundy-rounders can succeed.
Tony Stewart did OK in A/Fuel dragster, driving a 5000 horsepower nitro car. He came in second to Julie Nataas in the World Championship last year.
This year, driving his wife Leah's 12,000 horsepower Top Fuel car, he hasn't done anything. Leah finished #2 in the World Championship last year in that same car, with the same crew chief, and team.
Julie Nataas upgraded her license to Top Fuel in Virginia a couple of weeks ago on Monday after Sunday's National Event. After the required 400 ft check out run, Julie ran two full passes quick enough to have qualified in the top half of the field for the actual race.
Deegan needs to be with a good team that is experienced and committed. AM Racing is neither.
Danica was lightweight the advantage in indy car.
The same reason EV has become dominant yet. It is lighter weight at tech with equal hp.
That ABB is a dam GT3
Electric cars are heavier. Not just the motors but the batteries. The hybrids certainly make more horsepower, but they aren't lighter. The street cars certainly aren't.
This is the same thing that happened with Danica, imo. Rushed up the ladder when more time at lower levels would have benefitted them and given them more experience and knowledge before moving up.
Deegan got screwed when Joe Williams her crew chief was fired they were getting faster and she seemed very pissed off after he got fired
Also if Ford wants to salvage her career go to Hass say take deegan and preece have him mentor her or just send her to RSS that's just a ton of experience all over that team
Well there you go jr, hire her for one of your cars if a spot becomes available next season or part time her. If you believe what you are saying, then give her a chance for her to show everyone what she has in a jrm car and maybe a decent team would pick her up and silence the doubters. That’s something I can get behind.👍
She raved for ThorSport in trucks and was awful. Get a grip. 😂😂😂
@@BANGITSME87 read what I said again, I’m no fan of hers you idiot. But I do however like when people get more chances when there’s doubt in play. If she was to do good in a jrm car then they be more questions than answers but if she was to suck then that clears everything up.
I keep thinking that if Xfinity and NASCAR as a whole doesn't work out, she should pursue the IMSA route fully (with Ford support), Look at The Iron Dames team, They are a team of all women. They run great and are contenders for the win 60%-70% of the time. If she can do well in the Michelin Pilot Challenge, VP Sportscar Challenge, or even Mustang Challenge, I could see her eventually getting a call from the Ford GT3 factory team or any Ford customer teams.
Ive actually been a fan of hers for years because i remember her dad and the metal militia. Ive probably seen her 3 times race in person. Sorry she DOES NOT HAVE IT. I understand shes a young girl who is cute and posts on Instagram a lot because i follow her and its just sad seeing comments. Shes good looking and got decent as a driver. Actually her brother is a true superstar yet nobody talks about him. Everyone needs to stop pushing her as a professional cup driver because shes a good looking girl.
AM Racing can’t afford to replace torn up race cars. She doesn’t know how to set up a car.
You do know she pays to race and pays for all damages to the vehicle she’s driving that’s why she is always getting sponsors help so it hurts her more from her pocket then the car owner at the level she’s at
You notice jr is not inviting Hallie over to their organization. Kelly his sister has been promoting we need girls in the sport bla bla. She sucks they know it you hear it in the conversation ah well ok well maybe bla bla
