The UK dub wasn’t made in the UK, it was recorded in Russia as an export dub. (A tradition that started with kaiju/tokusatsu movies and kung fu movies, but died out there and lived on in foreign animation instead)
Noone would even care about this film if it wasn't for the awful dub. It's like Ghost Stories. They didn't give a f*** and as a result made it borderline so bad its good.
Now I get why hardcore anime fans refuse to watch dub 😆 I feel like id actually enjoy this movie in Russian with English subtitles. The Russian voice is actually perfect
