Are you left handed or do you practice with your left hand to strengthen your brain and because it’s harder to do things in reverse?
I’m left handed and use my left hand mostly. When I was training I used my right hand because majority of people were right handed

KI is beautiful.. I’ve learnt from quite a few different people in person and online so don’t really have a Guro.
