Does the propellant have a unique or oily smell? I wonder how long it takes to dry on average?

There is a very low odor, if any. Most people don’t notice it. Dry time is going to depend on whether you are spraying indoors or outdoors but generally the dry time is 15-20 minutes. Thanks so much for watching!
