I thought Kamen Rider Black RX is known only in Japan.
The person who made this movie clip have a deep knowledge about the action and camera work of Kamen Rider Black RX.
1:48 is really like it.
It actually aired in the US as "Masked Rider," it wasn't as popular, as Power Rangers but it also wasn't as good as the original RX. The producers canceled the show after a short release but like power rangers they did borrow the same costumes to make new scenes. The producer who brought power rangers to the US wanted to capitalize on his own success so he tried with other Tokusatsu series and even did Ultraman Tiga which had a horrible US dub. It really doesn't get better than the adaptations of Zyuranger and Megaranger, in the US. Its almost like Americans were embarrassed of fully embracing Tokusatsu but that isn't the case now
I grew up with this stuff in the early 2000s in a VHS dub version! Love the music and action to this day!

This would make more sense as Tyrannoranger vs Kamen Rider Black RX or the Red Ranger vs Saban's Masked Rider. If I wanted Saban vs Toei, I'd watch the "Powerful Rangers" episode of Akibaranger season 2.
