I created a personal account but I am not able to receive money from client and when I click on payment it says “payment management is not available in your country wise in india” so I told the client to pay me via account transfer but for transfer of 10 dollar he has to transfer additional 10 plus 11 dollars as extra charges total they paid 22 dollar but I will receive 10 dollar so is this normal or I have to talk to my bank regarding this ?
