I guess im asking the wrong place but does any of you know of a tool to get back into an instagram account..? I was dumb lost the password. I appreciate any assistance you can give me
@Dominik Shepherd I really appreciate your reply. I got to the site on google and Im in the hacking process atm. Looks like it's gonna take a while so I will get back to you later with my results.
Hey Zack, just got my EPA and started with Lee Company in Nashville. Wow. Didn't realize the hours I'd be working. 60+ my first week! They don't teach you that in school. 😂 Keep up the good work on the videos, and that's a crazy vacuum pump. Really saves time.
@@charcoal1046 a lot of places will hire you without the EPA. It just helps to have it. Eventually you will need it regardless so you mine as well take the test. Get the app called EPA 608 on the play or Apple store. It's well worth it. It's $9.99 and the questions and answers on the app are word for word what is on the EPA test. I passed all 4 sections my first time. Also, start out doing install. You'll learn a lot.
William Graham thanks i got the app and its very easy to use and has a bit of different questions than the epatest.com video from youtube also im taking epa 608 in college rn and i take epa test on august 13 im excited to start working but also nervous that ill fail the test haha
@@charcoal1046 it's just memorization. It's not timed or anything. You need to pass only 75%. Mainly focus on the core section. If you pass the core, pass type I, and fail II & III, then you are type I certified. If you fail the core, and fail type I, II, & III, then you aren't certified. What I'm saying is core is important. But it's an easy test. Just memorization. & Install sucks to start out in, but it's not hard. It's just hot. But it will make you a better service tech to do install. Plus learning install gives you the knowledge to do side work on the weekends. That's where the money is at. There's some service techs that can't install, so they can't do the side work. Hours are better in install too. You'll get off at 4 or 5 o'clock in the afternoon. In service you work till 10-11 at night sometimes.
William Graham yea i will try my best to get pass on all types to get universal since thats what my class is about and yeah cant wait to start working, been watching hvac vlogger, quality hvac and seems like fun
I use 3 appion core tools with 2 appion 1/2" hoses and the same Blu vac gauge. Vacuum gauge on the high side attached to the 2nd core tool so I can valve off the gauge. 2core tools on the high side. With JB Eliminator. Works great. Awesome Video!
That look cool I wish I could have something small and light like that one you got there for the stuff I work on But stuff I work on is huge Big chillers and cooling towers and stuff like that
So no need to remove the micron gauge before you weigh in the system charge? I thought refrigerant can have an adverse affect on a vacuum gauge if exposed to high pressure? You're BlueVac Peofessional Micron Gauge is good with no issues? Thanks Zac!!!
You need another core removal tool where the micron gauge goes. If you don't use one, like you were saying. Oil or refrigerant can mess with your readings or damage the gauge if it gets inside the gauge. If you take the gauge off the unit before releasing or weighing in charge then your core depressor pushes back on the valve core which let's some of your vaccum out.
No need to remove micron gauge. BluVac is designed to take the pressure. What WILL happen is you'll get some oil on the sensor, and so you'll need to clean it with alcohol before using it again, but no big deal.
Good video man! How’s that thing handle like an old system with a leak with more contaminants. I understand it would pull down a new system that quick. Just wondering if it’ll still be good for other scenarios.
I have a pump looks the same as this, just different colours, pumps good, great for split units, i think the battery is the only let down, im going to buy the rothenberger 5.0cl i think. Then ill just buy the CAS adapter for my milwaukee batteries. I like the reclaim pump, figure ill match it.
I noticed you cracked the liquid line first is that preferred? Also you loaded the system without a gauges just your micron gauge I guess what I’m saying is I’ve never seen that and I liked a how quick your set up was can you break it down further?
How do you think it would do with a 3.5 ton heat pump that you had to do a compressor or something where you have to vac out the entire system. Where I work the have me doing all the refrigerant repairs just looking for something a little quicker. I do use core removers and bigger hoses and a 7cfm pump
Bought it used it did not like it’s performance at all. My greatest concern happened. Battery died mid vacuum. Up side my makita battery for my drill does fit and did operate pump
Did you dump Liquid Freon in the vapor line for your charge? I’m missing something cause I charge my liquid R410a into the liquid line when starting from a vacuum.
What happens when the battery go out on you while pump was on. Oh no you lose all that vacuum oh no....! gotta start over.. Worth it? No indication of low battery?
You put your gauge on high side. Direction of flow is to suction /your pump. Whatever your micron gauge reads its even less at the pump. Can't go wrong. New school

Never thought of pulling from the suction line and micron on the liquid, I like it !
Except bulk of mini split only have 1 port
@@Froggability what kind do you install? We do Daikin and the majority of them have a port on suction and discharge.
That is a very easy way to vacuum faster than old technology, I never have seen this before, Keep up the work.
Been using the 4 CFM version of that pump and instantly feel in love with it. The VP85 has not left the truck since.
Been using the single TruBlu hose, Appion vcrt and the BluVac pro micron gauge.
Company VP85 has been giving my coworkers and I some problems, been pulling out the bullet but this looks to be a solution

I was seriously watching videos on evacuation when I got the notification for this video 🤣
After watching your videos I realized you make everything look 👀 so easy
Just bought me one myself can’t wait to use it. I bought the navac hoses hopefully it’s pulls as quick as the your true blue
Awesome vids man. I do HVAC in Atlanta. Nice results in 27mins! I use the 9cfm bullet
That look cool
I wish I could have something small and light like that one you got there for the stuff I work on
But stuff I work on is huge
Big chillers and cooling towers and stuff like that
Me too brother
Was thinking of getting one myself. I currently use Jb industries 6 cfm with 4 port hose
I run a cps single stage 6 cfm pump it’s my first pump and it seems to get the job done so far.
how long dose it take to vac down?
That is one nice and very simple set-up ! I like it 👍

I’ve only got a Tez8 but it’s far to big for smaller equipment. Seriously looking to buy a cordless vac
I think they’re great! They also have a 4cfm option...

It’s unbelievable that vacuum pump!
Love this set up. Love the channel 👌
i got that pump, love it everyday!

I noticed you cracked the liquid line first is that preferred? Also you loaded the system without a gauges just your micron gauge I guess what I’m saying is I’ve never seen that and I liked a how quick your set up was can you break it down further?
Fieldpiece VP85 with TRUBLU XL kit and BluVac micro

yes
Do you take the valve core out we’re you put the micron gauge at on the liquid line? Like your videos keep up the great work.
good work, like the attention to detail
Howdy Zac , did you check out any other battery pumps before choosing the navak , mastercool also makes one ?
Does this pump have a check valve to save the vacuum if the battery were to die?
does this work with fieldpiece gauges? none wireless gauges. like the sm480 gauges?
Bought it used it did not like it’s performance at all. My greatest concern happened. Battery died mid vacuum. Up side my makita battery for my drill does fit and did operate pump
Great video Zac!
Liked little pump....but hoses..suitcase?
Awesome video man !
really nice. my only problem is the price of the pump and the appion hose kit.
Don't skimp on your tools. How much is your lost time worth?
Did you dump Liquid Freon in the vapor line for your charge? I’m missing something cause I charge my liquid R410a into the liquid line when starting from a vacuum.
No
Did the condenser not come precharged ?
Looks like he added a pound for lineset length
Refrigerant doesn’t contaminate that micron gauge? That’s nice
Do you take out the straders when you pressure test?
I like this pump!
What happens when the battery go out on you while pump was on. Oh no you lose all that vacuum oh no....! gotta start over.. Worth it? No indication of low battery?
do you ever do a triple evacuation with nitrogen?
Clean job 👌
milwaukee now also has a vacuum pump 🙈
How much it cost like that vacuum pump? I'm also hvac tech here at cayman Island.
About 450, plus tax
Nice video, i love how you work 👏💪👏🙌
Same way I do my vacuum
Are you on hvac-talk?
Wow. But I work on large RTU’s such as 15,20 or more tons.
Navac makes some bigger models, 8 CFM, for example.
how long does the battery last while pulling into vaccum
I think he said an hour
If the battery dies will you lose your vacuum.
Whats the point of having a small pump when those hoses and bag are that bulky
HI ZACK
I am looking for an HVAC job , can you help me out ? Thanks
I guess I’m old school. I don’t trust pulling from just on one side.
If your micron gauge is on the other side port, what is it you don't trust?
@@joeldavis718 really though lol

Old people get confused sometimes, it’s ok don’t feel bad.
Can anyone tell me where Can I find those houses ?
This video should have an advertisement disclaimer...
"If it's true, it's not bragging" - Yogi Berra
5/16 Allen key works way better for opening that stupid suction port on the tranes
Commentary while your working on unit , sounds of working pump and your video would be much better. The music does nothing.
Tried using your coupon code but it didn’t work 😔
Really? “QUALITYHVAC” at www.trutechtools.com ??
@@QualityHVACR that one works! I had tried using “outlawz” thanks again, love your videos, your videography is on point man! Keep it up 👍🏼
Is this vacuum pump good for residential systems, 5 tons or less?
word...
does the pump battery the same as a Makita 18v? it looks like it has the same mount. thanks
Nah man you gotta get navac batteries. Which are kinda expensive
You probably shouldn’t use Makita, BUT I fit my Makita to my NAVAC pump and it runs fine.....
Didn't give us the vital vac pump sound your raving about
dose any one know if a after market battery adapter to use 12 AMP hr Milwaukee battery?.
battery adaptors do work with milwaukee. Also, you can buy makita batteries that will fit stock unit.
