  • One of the best main crop figs I have. Very sweet, rich, balanced berry flavor and early main crop. If you want a green fig that ripens early enough for the Willamette Valley this one is exceptional.

    Do you have any adriatic types that have proven reliable in your climate?

      Yes. Several do fine. They’re just late here. Green michurinska is generally a month to 3 weeks earlier for me and can be grown in the ground. Green Ischia and several adriatic varieties need a very favorable microclimate in my area to grow and produce in the ground. Potted they do well, but there are too many regions in the PNW to make a blanket statement on them.
