Ive gotten into making my own Dirty Water hot dogs at home. We dont have carts in my hometown in Connecticut so I have to do it. I use Sabretts hot dogs only and I make my own onion sauce, when I cant find the Sabretts in store. Thanks for this channel, I refer to it when I go to the city to visit family.

Ive hot nyc dogs before but never with onion sauce. Tried it for the first time last night near grand central because i went for a concert and it was delicious. Love your videos!

I’ve never seen a hot dog look that pretty. And he wasn’t doing it to hide the quality (Or lack thereof) of any ingredients either! And I’ve eaten at Sabrett plenty of times.
There is NOTHING like Sabrett's spicy brown mustard. I go out of my way to buy it at my Stop&Shop over here.

I think it's very funny that the operators always reach for the catsup in these videos. There must be a lot of customers violating the rules.

Just curt to at times or what percent do you think of carts you eat at are the same. Again if do what makes them taste different.

Been craving hot dogs since its peak hot dog season right now so been watching your vids. I started to scroll looking for a review of a Nathan’s hot dog review from their Coney Island location and didn’t see one. I figure that would be the first place to review as a New Yorker. Nathan’s Coney Island dogs taste different than the Nathan’s dogs u get from the supermarket, hot dog carts that advertise them, and even Nathan’s restaurants outside of Coney Island. I would like to see a review for them since that is my favorite hot dog in the city and I’m sure your viewers would appreciate it

It doesn't matter how you put mustard on a hot dog, zigzag or lined it all tastes the same. Next you'll be saying he put too much sauerkraut at one end

-First on is the mustard...only spicy brown, generous in a straight line.
-Next is the sauerkraut.
-Finally the onion sauce.
And never reach for the ketchup, which should be banned from every cart. Nobody will ever say, "Nevermind, I don't want the dog because you don't have ketchup."
