I hope you read this before you listen to this meditation. I've heard disruptive ads before during meditations, but I've gotten past them for the right person. This guy was awesome but in the middle of the countdown into relaxation just after number five this crazy ad just goes in your ears, and it is impossible to recover from. Feel free to try. Maybe you are more resilient than I. Anyone worried about another person's mental health would never do that.

Thank you for shining the light on this. My channel isn’t currently monetized so I don't put any adverts in my content. So it's very frustrating that my hypnosis sessions have been interrupted by ads because it ruins the experience.
Two things:
1. Keep your eyes peeled for my TikTok page as I post mini sessions there (they don't get interrupted by ads).
2. If you send me a private message on Instagram, I will grant you access to one of my sleep audios for free. This won't be hosted on UA-cam so it won't have ads.

If it fits within your budget, UA-cam Premium is $14/month and well worth it for no ads on any videos as well as the option to use background play. :)
Seems like you need the Adblock browser on your phone or an extension on PC
