I think those are theatrical lighting fixtures. I didn't even notice them until you mentioned it. Maybe I am just used to them. The music was superb, I guess nothing disturbed me except maybe the acoustics a bit. But the performance was superb. And Joel Raney always has wonderfully crafted arrangements. It was a hard piece to execute and this young man showed top-notch skills in performing it. Kudos all around.

That would be "Joel" Raney, and not "Joey." I have known him for 50 years.
