Before watching, I got mine 2 days ago. For 150 it’s awesome, you get (should be) a pretty durable live blade, that looks good imo and a whole little kit from LDY. This was my first LDY product and I am impressed by it (especially for 150) however I have a few issues. Jimping, texture, and chamfers are my biggest ones. Overall I was happy with the decision to get it but I’ll need more time to fully make up my mind on it.

I have the tanto and fanning is pretty good on it. I agree that the handles could carry more momentum, there is an odd lightness to them, not necessarily a bad thing depending on the person. But one of the main things you brought up is the Orion. I was slightly “concerned” that I’d like the Orion as much but for 50+ cheaper. I am worried that will probably be the case, that doesn’t mean I’m disappointed in the fact that I purchased the Sirius. Nice video!

@@BladeBias I guess so, but if I have it turned on that shouldn’t happen, it just doesn’t show up in my notifications list on UA-cam which is really irritating
I realy love my Orion, I think I'd recommend that any day, it feels solid, flips great, and has a fun sound. It did bite me the other day tho so atm were feuding...
I honestly had no clue this dropped until I just checked the LDY website for no reason lol

I have the tanto version and I really like the balance, very neutral and fans great but I will say that the kukri blade does look a bit cooler
Do you have a tutorial on helix aerial to one handle catch? I didn’t see anything like that in your uploads but I might have missed it. If not would you consider making something like that?
They missed so hard with the kukri. It feels like a downgrade from the v3
I wonder if you’d have these issues with the tanto blade. I find fans exceptional on it but idk I’ve never really had a problem with fanning on most things besides certain squid products or channel ti knives
