Was that Grapevine 2199's horn I just heard at 6:45? I know it's near the Fort Worth area and I know for a fact that the Grapevine Vintage Railroad always passes by a bridge above them, so it's definitely near them.
I am looking for about 50' of rail from this track or similar to this size track, and is it just me or did they stick some wheels off a "Donk Car" on the side of these locomotives. Hideous!
NGL the amount of modifications they made to their locomotives is insane and sometimes a bit too much. But they do make great sounds and seem to be doing well!
Chance Amusement Park rides are the ones who produced theses locomotives an cars they started decades ago producing theme an still do today an whats up with the fake driving wheels these locomotives have have they been converted from steam to deisle?
all the trains there are from the 1970's and there Gas driven. I have been to the factory where they make them. and you dont want me to go into Details about the fake driving wheels.
Nothing better. I’m 51 and my dad took my sis and I and then my sis and I took our kids in late 90s .. just great memories ❤️

No it’s not it’s from Union Pacific Davis yard which is just across the river from the train.
I know where a train similar to this, but a REAL steam locomotive, is just sitting in storage. Has been for years. Sad.
