One week after you request, go to your nearest post office and request for it or the phone number of the person in charge so he will be on the look out for it, it will surely arrive within 2 weeks.
Lest I forget, search for the post code of your area on Google search while filling your address so you are certain it will be coming to that post office there.. Some people also recommend using the address of your post office as the adsense address but I don't recommend it. ..

Alright but the address I used was my hood address and also when filling out the tax info I submit the mailing address.
