It's definitely a power issue.. Change the socket outlets if it still not working, call a mechanic

Check if the belt is on its thread and if there's wear on the belt, if yes then it could be the belt that's smelling otherwise then it's the motor that needs changing

Thank you! I fixed it, but I had to re edit my video all over again. I was using CapCut on the web browser and I could not sync my work from the browser to the desktop app! But thank you soooo much. The desktop app is much better, and when I re edited my video and followed your steps the syncing issue was fixed. This video should be viral because Cap Cut is stressing creators😂🫶🏽

Is the washer and spinner section different? Which of the sections is wet? Is it wet of flooded?

@@nkwachukwunwafor Ok so you see how you took the back off yours? Mines is just like that!! So I can see the spinner and washer motor (two different ones) ! When I took the back off it was dripping and when I tried to turn it on while the water was on it’s coming from the top where the knobs are!!! I don’t know if that’s why it’s no spin but it makes the sound as if it still works!!! Do you think water I’ll kill the motor?

@@QueenAaliyahRhianna if water is dripping into the back, there's a possiblity that water has spoilt the motor as water is not meant to get to that part.. There's probably a leakage somewhere. ✳Unplug the machine. ✳Dry that area thoroughly. ✳ Inspect is any of the belt have left the trails. ✳ Turn off the drain knob (sometimes if the drain is on, it won't spin) ✳ Plug it back on and check.

My spinner doesn't work on its own either, I have to manually spin it, then quickly close the lid and turn on the spinner for it to work, and even then sometimes it doesn't reach full speed anymore.

Something is hocked into the spinner motor, you got to lose it to check then detangle anything there.. Also check if a tiny piece of cloth like socks haven't slipped into the wrong place.. It can cause something like that.

One week after you request, go to your nearest post office and request for it or the phone number of the person in charge so he will be on the look out for it, it will surely arrive within 2 weeks.
