@@BrisbaneChannel That's the sort of content I was hoping for when I subscribed back in your first video. For what it's worth here's some unsolicited interview ideas: small business owners around brisbane, specifically in the realm of arts (e.g. anyone in Winn Lane, plenty of cool places in West End - i'm sure Aria would do some talking about Fish Lane), Brisbane Gin seem cool, places like death and taxes, or anyone from howard smith wharves. There's also a tonne of new developments coming down the pipe for Brisbane and I'm sure the teams behind any of them would love an opportunity to get behind a camera to talk about them. On the theme of street art, coverage of the brisbane street art festival would be awesome. There's tonnes of festivals around Sunnybank celebrating different cultures of Asia. I really enjoyed the Taiwanese festival last year. There's also a bunch of businesses innovating here in the face of Coronavirus, so hearing about how Brisbane adapter to that would be great too.
Now that's cool. I loved how he's like "Nah, don't wanna deal with politics, I just want the art to be appreciated". It'll definitely make Brisbane a more arty place to be!
Wow! This was awesome. Am really glad that you commented on my channel, so i could get back to you and return the love, thanks so much! Your channel is so cool and am glad to see your interview with the Blue Ninja. What an amazing artist! I gave this a big like and Subscribed! Have a great day 👍🏼☀️

He wasn't sure himself. He said around 40 or 50, or maybe 60. I guess it's hard because he isn't always sure if they've been taken down or are still up.
So is it about the lack of permission or just the quality that excludes it from art to you? You're saying no graffiti can be called art? As you can't read the tone I ask this in, let me clarify that I'm not being argumentative, just curious about how different people define art.
BNE lens I didn’t say all graffiti isn’t art. But when it’s done on our buildings and not in a gallery it’s messy because not everyone appreciates it. Look at some of the areas where graffiti is out of control. Mainly in America. It’s art for the graffiti artist but it’s pollution for the majority of the citizens. By all means. Use a gallery or some controlled place to express graffiti. But not our cities.
It's graffiti regardless of whether it's art. Tagging or putting stuff in public is a mean move to the community and called graffiti even if it's left up. Banksy's stuff is graffiti. But some people like some graffiti. I personally don't like graffiti, but I think if they were put in with authorisation (and not graffiti) then the designs are nice.
Great work Adam.
I asked about the butterflies, but he didn't know which ones you meant.
Nice your content❤
Thanks 😁
@@BrisbaneChannel Your welcome!
hi there i enjoyed watching your video
Thanks! I appreciate it. :)
This is awesome, had no idea one guy was behind these but I suppose it makes sense! More content like this about Brisbane would be awesome.
Yep, I've recently decided to try to focus on the Brisbane-related stuff more, as it seems to be more popular than the other content here.

Yes, at one stage he said he just wanted to make work that made people smile (couldn't find that part when I was putting this together).
@@BrisbaneChannel I know the pain. Thinking you filmed something. Then you can't find it
'General Xinja work..'
Yeah, I liked that bit too.
I’d seen these pieces around town & always wondered who created them.
Yes, he also does other street art in Brisbane, but I won't mention what that is in order to help maintain his anonymity.

I'd always wondered about those blue things around the city. Do you know how many there are around?

Cool video I like the ninja graffiti by the way I replied to your email bro keen to catch up soon
Yep, will email back tomorrow to try to work out a time.
BNE Lens just a suggestion could you do a video on Brisbane Stadium’s like the Gabba and Suncorp Stadium
Is there something in particular about them you're interested in?
When they Allow crowds to go back sporting events I was thinking a volg or something like that. Just suggestion
Gladly most have been removed
Obviously not a fan, then.
@@BrisbaneChannel not of unoriginal imbeciles
Wow. Harsh.
It’s graffiti to me. Not art.
