I just wrote you a long reply, then cancelled it??😫 Tuesday Morning had great deals! Do you like your sidekick? I loved mine for years, worn out now. My friends didn't like theirs much. Be sure you NEED Big Shot before you get it. I hardly use mine. I think Mini Empress (new updates video) will likely make it so I never use it because I just needed larger ovals/circles/stars but nothing as big as Big Shot plates. Happy crafting! 💙💙💙
Thanks for the review Sarah! I have the sidekick as well and recently received the Gemini as a gift. The sidekick is definitely a lot easier to manage and the Gemini is quite heavy especially if you don't have a permanent home for it. I still love em' both. They each have a job and perform them very well. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Sarah great review. I have the Big Kick, the large Gemini and the Tim Bolts side kick. I love them all for different uses. I have been wanting the extra large pro for my steel rule dies. I have a few that are to big for my Big Kick. But it is a really big machine I see your point. I have On my check off list for videos doing a quick video on thin metal dies and steel rule dies. So glad you liked your card!! Sorry it was late. I would love be to see that video. Creative Gigi uses giant dies in the Big Shot, then traces and fussy cuts the rest of the shape. I’m not a fussy cutter, but it might be worth a try. 😀 💙💙💙💙
I have the reg big shot and the first time I used it I had a legit heart attack thinking I broke it bc of the noise it made. I called Jennie in craft creation almost in tears asking her if I broke it 😂😂😂 I don’t think I would go bigger than the one I have buttt I’m really curious of the Gemini tho. Cuz the cranking when cutting tons of dies gets a lil tedious. I’ve thought about getting a lil one so I don’t have to always pull out the big boy when just die cutting a small bow or flower. And I really like the suction on the lil ones too. I’m guilty of hoarding lots of dies I think I’m now up to like a hundred plus dies and I’ve only had my machine for about 6 months 😂 Tfs crafty hugs 🤗

Crafting and Relaxing unfortunately I paid $80 for mine bc I didn’t kno about TM at that time lol I have 3 lil aliens that I produced that run around my house screaming like maniacs so I don’t think a lil noise from a machine will bother me so much. 😂😂

Sorry, no, that was the Tuesday Morning price and even if you have a Tuesday Morning it’s hit or miss. Keep in mind that this only does small dies so some people prefer to buy a larger die cutter. 💙

I have both the Crossover (full sized) and the Baby Blue (size of yout Tim Holtz) by Tattered Lace. They are both great machines but thr Baby Blue is my favorite, so tiny and versitile. I get disappointed when dies are too big. 😂

Great comparison video. As a card maker I love the ability to do embossing folders also, so would vote for the big shot over the side kick.
There are embossing folders for the sidekick too, but they aren’t A2 size. 😂😂 I never use embossing folders. Maybe I’m weird. 😊

Sorry, no, that was the Tuesday Morning price and even if you have a Tuesday Morning it’s hit or miss. Keep in mind that this only does small dies so some people prefer to buy a larger die cutter. 💙
