Moshin Bhaijaan, you’re absolutely right 👍every restaurant has to ensure that they use fresh ingredients without artificial colour, additives not overpowering any flavour or colour. Everything must complement each other! One must always know what is in the ingredients that one is using as people/Customer’s life/Health/Stomach is in your hands. Cashew nuts do taste sweet.
Amazing that you’ll import Lamb/Goat from Mumbai🫶 Meat always has to be washed properly if not it emits a peculiar odour. I’ve very sharp taste buds & sense of smell, I can smell the different smell of every spice, herb, meat.
Serving the Biryani is also very important & Praise🙌🤲🌈🙏God that each & every grain of rice is individually cooked. I always make to do the same.
BIRYANI has always been my favourite since I was little! Our maids or cooks didn’t ever know how to cook Biryani since they didn’t know how to make just for one. She would make an Excellent Lucknowi Biryani. Ate it for Eid or restaurants but each biryani was different.
Over the time I’ve learned, improvised & make Excellent Biryani with Paprika & Saffron for the colour, with the right combination of Coriander, Mint leaves.
When it comes to Food Patience, Practice & Love ❤️ is required to make it taste Great 👍

Maybe. But i had Jaffar Bhais biryani AND Nihari in Anu Dhabi. I have had MANY biryanis n Niharis in my 60 years of life. But this exaggerated greatness of Jaffars food...did not convince me at al. Unworthy of the price too.
Potato and tomatos are not cook with meat in biryani this not biryani it's called pulau .

@@jafferbhais He is correct. You never use tomatoes with mutton in biryani. The Mumbai Jaffer Bhai does not use tomatoes. Please see Kunal Vijaykar's video on the biryani.
Potatoes are used in Calcutta and Bombay Biryani. But Tomotaoes are never used with mutton dishes.
They should think about overpriced...

the delhi durbar biryani was awesome some 40 yrs ago today no good mumbai food lover would ever order this terrible oliy tasteless biryani it is just oil and a lot of taste less spices with hardly any meat or chicken sengupta your 40 yrs late and also do some better home work on the huge mighty food zone of bombay or mumbai
