It’s about damn time someone actually reacted to the movie instead of the trailer, but yeah Mr Crockett is like a mix Amanda The Adventurers and Nightmare On Elm Street
This movie was so fire! I feel like it was a great piece of concept to set up a great sequel if they get a bigger budget. I love the concept and Mr. Crockett himself! Great reaction, as always Chance ❤ keep it up 👏
I was really surprised with how good this was! I really enjoyed it! It was creepy, disturbing and really dark! The actor for Mr Crocket absolutely blew me away, he was horrifying and did an amazing job in this role! Love your reaction!
17:05 For the sake of redundant technology and losing things we hold dear (like Blockbuster or Nokia brick phones), let us never forget that this is called reading microfiche. I was also pleasantly surprised with this one, definitely a fun watch!
that movie was amazing, i loved it! it has a nostalgic feel to me! when Mr. Crocket said that mean thing about one of many of my favorite shows growing up, Reading Rainbow, i was like why would he say something rude about Levar Burton like that and all that!? it was hilarious though at the same time!! haha like an evil demonic chaotic Pee-Wee!!! awesome reaction and commentary!!
I liked it! It just needed more kills for me. If it had maybe 2 more kills in the middle of the movie between the addict father and the climax this would have been perfect. Loved the puppets and use of practical effects and the villain has the potential to be iconic. Also loved to see black horror that has not been monopolized by Jordan Peele (love his movies but other creators deserve a chance to showcase).
After seeing this reaction, I must say that this is one horror movie I actually hope they make a franchise out of, especially with how Major seems to possibly consider Mr. Crocket his new dad, although whether he is mentally influenced by Mr. Crocket or is suffering from some sort of trauma is left up to interpretation. Also, I personally think the scene where Mr. Crocket takes Carey would've been creepier if instead of just smiling and looking through the window, he also called out in a sing song tone "I see you over there!"
Honestly, Mr. Crocket was the one and only good thing about this film. The rest of the cast had that "this is my first time acting" vibe to em. Idonno, it coulda been so much better.

"Sacred duty as a parent" - love that! Damn straight!

@@chanceshouseofhorror6053 your welcome!☺️👍
There’s got to be a sequel…like a teenage Major being possessed by Mr Crocket

Man, I've missed you.....all you've been doing is TV shows this Spooky Season.

First of all "KICK THE CHILD" took me out
The main actor is one of my favorite actors he is talented
Great reaction. Also great to see a new black horror villian and cast. Hope we get a sequel.
The way that kid was acting, Summer should just told Mr. Crocket “you can HAVE HIM” and started a new life 😅😂.
Exactly! I watched this with my sister and we both said she needs to leave that demon down there with his new daddy 🤣
2:36 evil Steve Harvey mixed with Richard Pryor😂

Poor Anthony 😭
Def gives reverse nightmare on elm st vibes. Pretty decent movie.
The reading rainbow joke best scene of the movie
That part had me in a chokehold 😂😂
you have such a cool way to introduce new horror films =)
React to the film: DADDY'S HEAD (2024), a sinister and disturbing horror that recently arrived on Shudder. It's worth checking out.
@@Wash869 I plan to for sure.
hadn't checked this one out, yet, but need to. Thanks for the new movie to look into. Another fun react, Chance.
"This is some demonic Pee-Wee 💩!"
I was thinking that exact same thing throughout! Like an evil Pee-Wee's Playhouse 🤣🤣🤣

@@draeblak I thought both moms did good as well. Could have been the writing though.
