When are we going to be able to access our information on the website instead of at Discord? Are we able to blend on the website? Am I missing something? I want to be able to do everything I can do on Discord on the website. Plus I prefer the "describe" function on Discord than I do on the website. I do really like your videos and learn a lot from them. Thank you.
Yah there are a couple of key features missing in my opinion, and that's why I still use Discord a lot! I guess we just have to be patient, I assume they're working on it haha

What does a 2D image simulated in a 3D environment mean?
Hopefully it will allow us to view characters etc from different angles.
I *think* - like Morpheus said - we will be able to move the camera around the scene
Sounds like they are modelling the scene in 3d and then capturing a view. Sora allegedly is doing the same.
Not necessarily means you can then rotate the camera on the same scene. Although that'd be awesome.
@@fz1576 what’s the reasoning for modelling a scene in 3D if the image returned is just a 2D one like the ones we generate today?
These updates are starting to flounder. Like SD has controlnet, IPAdapter etc. We need a fraction of that integrated into MJ and BAM huge upgrade to existing work flows! Instead though we get useless website updates, chatbot nonsense etc. I am honestly starting to wonder if they are not updating things because they simply do not have the ability to at this point? I hate to poo poo MJ because it is good but MY GOD it could be SO MUCH BETTER. I guess to the layman (ME) I just can't sus out their intentions but as a useful tool this has fallen so far behind SD it is sad. IPAdapter does what MJ can better and locally, style wise. I really want a reason to love MJ again.
I think the product is great but it really feels like they lack a true goal and focus. It feels like there are too many cooks in the kitchen. Which is literally kinda funny because I am praising SD which is the epitome of too many cooks in the kitchen yet it breaks ground on nearly a daily basis... ;-)

I get excited everytime I see a post from Future Tech Pilot, but have been disappointed as of late because the updates MJ are doing are useless, like you said. I want to hear progress updates on things like accurate posing of your characters, multiple consistent characters in a scene, better consistent characters through every generation, ways to optimize workflows for stories ( because they take forever), etc.

Good afternoon, tomorrow May 5 in Spain is Mother's Day, with the previous version of MID JOURNEY on Discord I knew how to fit your face on another character but now I use the alpha version, could you help me to remember my mother and give her a new character.
In short, how can you include a face in a character, a portrait, in the alpha version?

You can press the '+' beside the prompt box and upload a picture. Then click the picture so it appears in the prompt box ... hover over the picture and you will see three options, make sure you click the character reference option.

@@Remembadaname55I agree but looking at stable diffusion, they haven’t updated in a very long time and they have just now shown the world sd3. And will Dalle, they released dalle 2 multiple years ago and finally dalle 3 comes out six months ago. So even though it’s super slow it’s still faster than most of the other ai generators. Also they said that they’re making v7 to be more of a simple build on their end so it’ll be easier for them to update and add features hopefully

In case anybody wonders what "2D image simulated in a 3D environment" means, here is an explanation:
When you travel through a wormhole from the fifth dimension (lets say you were on vacation on Alpha Centauri) and you come back to Earth, then dimensions can get split and always do so in full numbers. So you might look a little flat if you come out in 2D. But if you add water, you will pop right back into the 3rd dimension. So don't worry. Midjourney has got you covered. But you do need a hundred images or you are stuck in 2D. Doesn't apply to me, I take Spice and I watch Future Tech Pilot videos.

I still dont understand why you can create a woman in a bathing suit, but you cannot use that as a sref or cref due to image filters. Absolutely idiotic.
I think it's a different filter system!
@@FutureTechPilot Thanks, Nolan. Yes, probably. But its crazy that the sref/cref system refuses Midjourney's own creations. But you can work around by making a non NSFW sref/cref image and then make a bathing suit grid. BTW i doubt the proper usability at this time of cref if it doesnt adhere to the clothing.
