    I like to drizzle my chicken cordon bleu with Hollandaise sauce about 5 minutes before the chicken is done. Makes a nice complementary flavor to the dish. :)

    Why did you not pound the chicken breats flat so it is more tender, and cooks quicker &more evenly? Would that cause it to dry out?

    "Cordon Bleu" in french means that someone is a very good Cook.

    I’m sorry but This chicken cordon Bleu does not look attractive. It’s not golden brown. Classic chicken cordon Bleu would have Canadian bacon and Swiss or gruyere cheese. Chicken breasts will cook evenly if they are pounded out.
