    I appreciate the tutorial, my '73 ran fine but had a leak from one of the brass overflow tubes plus float height was off. I got another bowl with no leaks, made a gauge, and no leaks. I'll re-sync the carbs tomorrow. Has fresh rings and cylinder hone plus lapped valves, which was all the bike needed at 33K miles. Did the work myself and it is oil tight, runs strong and has no smoke out the exhausts.

    Also check out another method this uses boils law its a more precise method as it is the direct method check out The work shop on you tube its title is how to set your carbs this method takes the guess work out of setting up your carburetors and works on any carbs too

      Your most welcome to I know another method to using rubber bands for the video for that method go to motorcycle MD look up flot height setting you see and test the carbs off the bike Cody from motorcycle MD will chat to you and sort out your problems just message him hope this helps you..
