- A detailed structure of the Kinahan Organisation has been read into a court for the first time during the trial of a man accused of buying a mobile phone top-up for mob lieutenant Sean McGovern.
Evidence given by Superintendent David Gallagher on the command and structure of the Cartel gives an interesting insight into their paramilitary style set up with sub-cells and command structures in Ireland, Spain and Dubai.
During the trial of Michael Crotty who has pleaded not guilty to facilitating the murder of Noel Duck Egg Kirwan in December 2016, Superintendent Gallagher said he was involved in investigations involving 33 different people who were plotting to kill for the Kinahan mob in the aftermath of the Regency hotel.

wouldnt the evidence go to the solicitor anyway to see how to advise the accused on plea, so they would be able to get anyway without guilty plea?
No, not until an arrest is made and even then they dont provide evidence as you can make up a story to get off under a reasonable excuse.
People make a mistake sometimes with no comment and get charged and jailed when if you give a reasonable excuse of you not committing the crime they most time drop the charges or bail you for further investigation, normally a sign of weak evidence. Where if you went no comment you get charged and remanded to prison. Been through alot of this myself.
They can even lie and say they got evidence of something that is bs just to get you to talk. All the solicitor will know is what the charge is and who is persuing it.
These guys know a little but not much, they make alot of this up and here say.

Some big thick redneck, like the one they're talking about in this podcast, will take the stand and spout a load of shite, without a shred of proof, and that'll be enough to get them sent away for life.
