    His form and method of practice is excellent, better than most out there on youtube. For beginners I wouldn't start doing these ones right away, start by getting your body acquainted with inhalation and exhalations basics first.

    Can you please mention the shape of your spine when sitting for pranayama, weather it should be curved inwards or outwards? And how to strengthen my back to get to the right kinda sitting position?
    Sitting on a chair all my life my lower back curves outwards when sitting cross folded. Thanks you. Your videos are great inspiration.
