You know what they say, the world is a sketchbook and those who do not travel only read one page... There's a sketch at every turn but you have to be willing to go there... And in the end sketching and traveling is cheaper then therapy so... what else... Great tips to make the traveling easier Katie :)
I subscribed to your channel, you paid attention to painting tools and techniques, great! I went to the forest and set up a prop cabin with branches. Follow the painter to travel. We work hard together.

Oh and if you do t have sticky tape or glue with you, the moleskine has a handy little pocket on the back cover, I use it to store boarding passes and restaurant cards etc. so fun for a hoarder like me ☺️

I've really been getting into cruising around with my sketchbook and a small water colour paint set in my bag, for those moments I can set up and splash some ideas down. Those painty pens that you can keep water in are so handy for that. Thanks again for a very inspiring video Katie! x

I bought that moleskine 2 years ago after you recommended it, I filled it so easily on holiday, so easy to travel with and you can lay it down flat on the food tray in the ✈️ so that you can paint easily 🎨 It’s lovely when someone recommends products that have been thoroughly well used. Curious to try mission gold but nobody stocks them this side

I love ❤️ your tip about incorporating little memorabilia such as tickets or wine labels , etc to your sketch book! We always collect such things, and have a full box of it, but I never knew what to do with it! Brilliant!!!
Haven't actually used them yet, but I made a couple of my own sketchbooks using fabriano paper. It was nice to learn how to book bind and they came out quite well :-)

Do u actually take oil when u travel 😅just wondering cause I also do water and oil I know it's a.lot easier to take watercolor but I really wanna hv the option to do both when I travel 🤣
