I Am magnetic! ✨ Funny story, as a kid I was bullied for my looks but I knew one day that everyone will regret it. I said, one day I’ll be so beautiful & and attractive. Now the ones that used to bully me started wanting me around high school. Even now to this day, they won’t leave me alone. Moral of the story- they definitely regretted it 😂😉

I’ve never really loved myself but always wanted a loving relationship.. how can I have a loving relationship if I don’t love myself? You are absolutely right Shelly... so I started loving myself by eating right, drinking only water naturally elevating my frequency to self love instead of self loathe. I truly feel I love myself now, and because I decided to change what I put in my body my view is changing. I walk by a mirror and glance and I’m like man that girl is beautiful! I am in shock sometimes because i forget that the girl in the mirror is me... thank you for helping keep beauty and self love at the forefront of our minds. 💚💚💚

I have totally done this. I completely look different than I did for years ago as far as my looks . And now everybody loves me everybody’s attracted to me. I’ve had three people at work actually say to me marry me. LOL of course I’m not going to marry them. Ha ha and just the other day I was in the grocery store and had a random person come up to me and start talking to me and want to go out with me. But I had to let them know that I i’m already in a relationship. Ha ha it’s easy when you love yourself. And my current partner tells me this all the time how beautiful I am how he loves everything about me. How smart I am and so on and so forth. Because that’s how I see myself

This is spot on! 🙌🏻 I actually made those changes you mention several years ago and can attest that you’re absolutely correct.
I had struggled with body-image and attractiveness issues (poor self-concept) for years. Finally I’d just had enough and told myself I was going to enjoy food and exercise from a place of joy, not from a place of stress! And my entire mindset around this has changed waaaaay for the better!

Everything u say is too true! I have notice that when I am feeling free and strong my body doesn’t keep salt, and when I feel for a reason in the lack of something- and accusing my self( unconsiousely) my body keeps the salt and makes it into cellulite
