I third this guy. Love how you guys don’t bash or hype up any one brand. You said it best in this video, if you are going to build it you might as well make it what you want.

Your channel is awesome. Your talent level is 2nd to none, and you reply to every comment. Your TV show may have ended, but we still benefit by getting to see content on another level. Good job sir.

@@thedirtheadshed Okay, since you defer (or are contractually not allowed?) to give an answer.... Don't get me wrong, I love the channel and the vid gives me serious FJ60 envy. I just like seeing associated costs with things.
Love that FJ ! It looks so much better with that ARB bumper and winch and light set up . I'm looking forward seeing his vision on his FJ . Take care Dave and catch you on your next video sir.
A common thing here in Australia is to have the brand new bar sent to a sandblaster and then have it painted in 2K paint. The factory powder coat goes dull and chalky in the Australian sun over a year or two so keep an eye out for that. Could be safe in the Washington state Sun haha.
Yeah. The powder coat doesn’t last long here either. Good advice. I can’t get anyone here to believe me when I suggest sandblast, epoxy prime, and paint over powder coat
Just wanted to say I finally started watching dirt everyday (found you from fabrats) and I've been cracking up and loving it. So cool to go back and watch the maz grande build and crawling. Glad you're both on yt doing your own thing, hope to see ya together again!
Those Retrobrights are cool. Keeps the sealbeam look but with modern lighting. I'm still rocking the H4 conversions and like you said, they're dim in comparison.
love that color. Just sold a red fj60 from my channel. Best color in my opinion. The bumper you took off is a 1st gen ARB bumper for those trucks. will def be able to sell it quick.
That bumper that was on there looks just like the early ARB design for the 60 series, minus the turn signal repeaters and the ARB logo sticker. I have the new style ARB on my 60, but don't like how far it protrudes out the front sometimes
That's going to be a good looking FJ thanks for sharing. really enjoy the content and variety of what you put out. this just goes to show it doesn't have to be a 100 grand truck to be a good wheeler. thanks
